Anything else I could be taking for strength gains?

I'm bulking right now and my goal is to gain strength on compound lifts (squat, bench, barbell press etc.).

I'm taking the following supps and was wondering if I'm missing anything major that is good for strength gains. Only thing is I don't want to take a blend of any kind (single ingredients only, i.e., creatine), and no arachidonic acid, or SARMs, peptides, gear etc.

Currently taking: Creatine hcl, BCAA, soy lecithin, betaine, citrulline, KSM-66.

Looking mainly for supps that are good for making a real difference in increasing strength, creatine being the best example of course.

Thanks.

Why no arachidonic acid?

I wouldn't classify this as "major," but look into alpha-GPC for strength.

Also, anything that will increase appetite could have a positive effect on strength if it makes you eat more.

I was going to say Alpha-gpc as well. Here is an article and the examine writeup.

ARA has been researched and it had been proven to increase strength. AND x gels is the tried and true ARA product used by many on this forum.

Another ingredient to look into is epicatechin. CEL EPI-PLEX is a no prop blend of epi, so you know exactly how much you are getting.

I will likely give ARA a try at some point in the future.

Just added fermented (Carnipure) l-carnitine-tartrate at 5g/day and seeing some good energy/mood boost and muscle fullness. I like tartrate vs ALCAR, seems more effective for me.

I think if you are willing X gels would fit your needs well if you can handle the inflammation but nonetheless Cel epi plex gives you a great deal on epicatechin and you won't have to worry about the inflammation. Should notice a solid increase in endurance and strength paired with a caloric surplus

Out of curiosity, why no blends? Do you mean prop. blends? or literally taking everything separately?

Would suggest looking at Ergonine or Tr1umph as pretty solid products, but they're combinations. I've liked both.

I recommend Folidrone 2.0 (all other epicatechin products don't even come close).
ARA causes inflammation and does not agree with allot of folks.

I prefer individual ingredients wherever possible as I like to customize dosages and have a clearer idea of what I'm taking. Also, blends often have exotic ingredients that I'm unfamiliar with and that often just don't have a lot of studies associated with them. Just personal preference.

Reading an article by Jim Stoppani who can sometimes give solid advice he suggests in addition to what I'm already taking L-Taurine, and I was going to take this already for potential testosterone benefits, so I'll be adding that.

Also I think the betaine (beet derived) that I've been taking for the past week has been making a pretty solid difference in strength and pump.

Going back through I noticed you didn't list agmatine. It's definitely worth adding.

Betaine is good and taurine is great intra-workout.
