I've played with a lot of bpc, I'm a rep for MA so I've had a lot of opportunity to play around at it with it without breaking the bank. If the injury is fairly new it works great, if it's a old injury then it will initially relieve a lot of inflammation and make it feel better but it's a lot less likely its gonna fully heal. I also did not watch the video because personally and through a lot of feedback from Friends we found very little benefits using it sub q, you really wanna get it as close to the injury as possible and if possible at the sight of the injury. That's were it seems to do its magic. I did notice some benefits from sub q tb500, but not bpc.
The tb500 does seem to take a much longer time to start working tho. The bpc at the sight starts to feel better the first day or 2.
