I have used

Vitabolic by nutrabolics
Orange triad
Alive

That's really it i kinda just don't use them.

I have tried it an honestly it didnt live up to the hype for me i dodnt notice anything new so i just went back on orange triad after my supply was up. Hope this helps

You shouldn't really "FEEL" anything from a multi.
