Anyone not respond well to LGD?

in PCT, just met with my trainer and did my weigh- in and BF.%....It seems as though i lost muscle mass and bf% went up. I did go on the Tanita Scale after a workout, which reading online i guess this can over estimate bf, so this could have messed things up, but if the bf% comes back down to 8% then I'm assuming I probably gained about 3lbs of Lean Mass over 6 weeks at 8mg.

I have a very structured diet, was eating a bit less then normally probably around 3600 instead of the usual 4200. during a couple weeks of the cycle as well as a week off and light training due to shoulder injury. So I can justify the 3lbs or so...but if the scale doesn't correct itself when using prior to a workout i don't see how this would make any sense.


is this typical? It frustrates me seeing some logs people are gaining 10-15, even 20lbs of mass. Maybe a lot is fat?

Im on week 6. Only gained 2 pounds so far but have also been in a slight deficit. Not seeing the pump or fullness in the muscles. Meanwhile my total test has dropped 200 points. very clear a calorie surplus is a must to see any real benefit. I will continue to run it 8 to 10 weeks depending on my test levels. Taking dermacrine which is doing nothing for me

how much were you taking?
How long were you taking it for?
what else where you taking with this?
what sort of training were you doing- x amount of times per week etc

have to remember, gains of 8-12 in 12-14 weeks is still a lot, expecting anything more than this will result in a huge disappointment

ran it solo
training 5x a week, 3x a week with my trainer. on a hypertrophy style routine.

i would be ecstatic if i saw gains of 8-12 in 12 week run. but I'm thinking if i even saw any it would be around 3lbs in 6 weeks. maybe was just too short of a run and diet wasn't surplus enough.

yeah so maybe that was the issue. didnt eat enough. I never saw the pump, did feel a bit full in the biceps, still do, and i know i lost bf as abs are sticking through my shirts. I am praying the scale was f'ed up yesterday and doing after a workout skewed the biometric results as it would basically say in a year i gained no muscle mass, but if balances correctly then i put on good size this year and about 2-3lbs for this lgd run. It just a huge head game for me and had me super depressed.
 
Happened to me bro , lost 3 lbs looked worse and felt like crap . tried it twice with two diferent brands never felt good of it . My diet was on point too, same diet I gained 18lbs with the andros so could just be the lgd too

Lol course alot of it is fat and water. Most people are anything but objective at accurately eyeballing their own body composition.
 
It takes at least a week or two for LGD to kick in, so a six week run is pretty short, and given the former a 6 week run can not be interpolated as half a 12 week cycle. LGD solo will also inhibit your natural test production, so without any sort of test base the LGD will cause a sort of pharmacodynamic-inhibition, where you're inputting anabolic substances but also inhibiting others. Given both of the above and the mishap with the shoulder injury, I would think relatively modest gains as a reasonable outcome. :-)

Thanks for the input. I will give LGD one more shot, was going to run it alongside MK for 12 weeks, and the final 6 weeks, add in transdermal trest and oral trest. guess ill see how it goes.

How many pumps of derma are u using im on my 4th week of a 12 week run 10mgs of lgd 6pumps of dermacrine taking both in the morning pwo and I'm seeing great results started at 285lbs weighed in a few days ago at 289lbs heres my log if u wana check it out

4 pumps. Do you have bloods? So i maxed out today and my strength is definitely way up. Hopefully will see a few more pounds in the next few weeks. I have abandoned the deficit to see if I can turn this around.

I don't but my body feels great sleep is good libido is high and strength is climbing each week

I've just completed a 1/4/Epi andro cycle 10 weeks and gained 20 pounds. Guess what though, half fat/half muscle. This was shown on my body scan measurement. I also lost a further 5 pounds of water 2 weeks into PCT.
