in PCT, just met with my trainer and did my weigh- in and BF.%....It seems as though i lost muscle mass and bf% went up. I did go on the Tanita Scale after a workout, which reading online i guess this can over estimate bf, so this could have messed things up, but if the bf% comes back down to 8% then I'm assuming I probably gained about 3lbs of Lean Mass over 6 weeks at 8mg.
I have a very structured diet, was eating a bit less then normally probably around 3600 instead of the usual 4200. during a couple weeks of the cycle as well as a week off and light training due to shoulder injury. So I can justify the 3lbs or so...but if the scale doesn't correct itself when using prior to a workout i don't see how this would make any sense.
is this typical? It frustrates me seeing some logs people are gaining 10-15, even 20lbs of mass. Maybe a lot is fat?
