anyone not PCT after shutdown?

I was just wondering if anyone here didn't do PCT after taking a PH or Steroid and what the effects were? I've talked to many BBs that have done many cycles or stuff like Sestonon and didnt PCT and are fine. any thoughts?

I don't think that they were fine, they might have thought they were okay but sometimes natural test suppression is hard to notice physically because it is kinda a "creeper" the symptoms are so slow moving that you really don't notice them for a while. I know I had low test from natural causes (not enough sleep combined with extra stress and age) and all I knew was that I wasn't feeling "right" I felt okay but not great.. Also without some PCT, you end up with the situation of losing more of your gains that you would have if you had done PCT. If you never had done PCT before you wouldn't have anything to compare it to gain-wise and so you would think that was normal for the use of gear or PH's... Finally, PCT is kinda cheap and if you are going to invest all this time and money into "building the perfect beast" then why do it all the way correctly. Just my .05 cents on the subject

some people are genetically "gifted" in that they seem to recover fine without PCT. I know someone at the gym who is that way, and have talked with him about it. While Matthew is right regarding most people, I think some can actually do without PCT.
NOW AFTER SAYING THAT....the percentage of people who might be able to skate by without seems very low, and the only way one would probably know that is if they tried cycling without PCT. And if your not one of the "lucky" ones, your screwed.
So my Advice for anyone is simply do PCT as you dont know how your body will respond. Also, while you make recover fine (and get lucky) after 1 cycle, it might not be the same case the next time. Since post cycle supps are so relatively cheap, and the goal of any cycle is to maximize the pros and minimize the cons...there is no reason for any sane individual to not use PCT.

If you read the study by Shalendar Bhassin, it suggests that men running with 1/10 the amount of normal testosterone might not 'feel' anything significant w/r to libido and mood (at least in the short term).

So going by feel is probably the stupidest way to gauge test recovery.

Dont try and take some hopeful advice and turn it into ur idea that U can get by without PCT either. If ur willing to take the risk go ahead but ull loose all of ur muscle pretty fast.

Before I knew any better I did several cycles of PH's and didn't do any PCT
These were the old andors that people don't do anymore and some of the new ones.
I never had any side effects that hurt me but the one key thing I have noticed since I started PCt's
is that my gains do not suffer. These past three cycles I have done I have continued to get stronger from one cycle to another and into my pct. Before I could expect to lose 50-80% of my hard earned gains between cycles.

So my advice is PCT.

As Marcus stated, the short term will often not yield any symptoms at all but long term quality of life will be effected.

PCT is simply some added insurance against the possibility of having to be on HRT forever in addition to keeping gains more effectively.
