How did the screw it up?. Over-cooked?. I love Rib-eye contrary to my user name. I like mine rare to medium rare. I love steak. If I could afford to I'd eat it daily.

Man, that is a good damn question. Half was rare and the other was well done. I can only assume that it was still half frozen when they threw it on the grill. I ended up cutting off the rare and probably only ate a citizen amount 30 oz or so. So disappoint.

Did you throw it at the waiter and yell, "Do you even lift bro?"

the rare is the best part, lol@ getting it well done, way to ruin a good steak, and what kind of dump serves frozen steaks?

WHA?!? Blasphemy that you only ate the well done. LoL.

Obviously wasn't a great steak. :P

It's like when I go to Applebees and ask for medium rare. They always come back with a well done. Ask for a rare. Still comes well done. Why even ask me how I want my steak if the only thing you will ever bring to me is well done?!? LoL

That's what you get for going to Applebee's for a steak

Did you just call eating a well done steak blasphemy, and then talk about going to Applebee's for a steak?

You know what really got me interested is Olympus Labs TD EP1C.I would like to see how the TD version compares to the oral version.Plus they are using emu oil to enhance the bio-availability.I put my app in and we'll see.

How was this going to be dosed? TDs are very hard to test for quantity/quality

Funny how people think anything not towing a company line is considered disturbance? I just want input from people using a supplement. If everyone voted yes would it still be considered disturbance? I think this type of thread is helpful for consumers.

I'm glad you made this poll, you would think this epi stuff was a sure thing the way it's promoted, this will never sell in GNC because the stuff will be returned for a refund, next time I'll spend my hard earned money on something that works, I swear I wish I got tendon pain just so I can say I felt something, buy green tea extract for $11 instead of epi for $50 if that's what you want.

I don't know man, plenty of placebo pills in the hardcore section of the GNC stores.

gnc is just terrible imo, they are selling clear muscle for 80 bucks a bottle, there phospatitic acid product will prob be the same.

I haven't gone their in years. Only rookie do.
agree, they might be alright for like fish oil or something but they are way overpriced

If you want the worst possible price then go to gnc. Hasn't anyone heard of amazon? Cant believe all the reviews at gnc

You shush! Their clearance section is amazing!!! Bought 5 lbs tubs of Pro Antium for $35 a tub!

Exactly!!! Their clearance can make a stack and often if you know the right managers with network hookups they can throw quite a few things your way. I don't mind the place but I never shop the ads

So you like them to have a leather texture?. To each his own, but try a rare steak and see how you like it. I mean especially Flank steak and Skirt steak, those are meant to be consumed rare.

Nah man. Pounded, preferably marinated, stir fried.

I do eat steaks medium rare. NY strip. Rib eye. Porterhouse. Sirloin. It's just typically flank and skirt have other uses in a dish rather than being treated like a prime steak.

I was just using GNC as an example, I do most of my shopping online. I prefer vitamin shoppe over GNC and even then I'd rather order from their website shipping is free.

Orbit nutrition all the way. lol. No gnc, vitamin shoppe nada lol

Any drop in effectiveness or is it still treating you the same as it did the first few months?

I contribute a portion of my overall fitness level at this time to it. My recovery is off the charts, I have not caught any illness that my kids or anyone else is getting, body comp has maintained from the beginning, and I feel that it is the perfect companion to R/P lifting that I have been doing. Just got my second set of labs and tris, cholesterol, lipids, and BP have all improved even over the first labs. For me it is a staple at this point.

To answer your question, no the initial physical aspect is not the same, but there is no way that could continue at that pace.

For the people running it, what are you guys noticing?

Anyone getting overly tired from it?

effectiveness will remain intact if you follow one of the dosing schemes I have laid out I've found.
