Does anyone know where to get a good free program for logging in food and calories so I can print out diet plan. I found a good Iphone program called Lose it!, but can't print out my plan.
fitday sucks and so does daily plate.. well I dont know about daily plate but fitday does suck I use that one I kno.. I would say try the diet tracker on here..
I do that too, but I wanted to do a bodybuilding show with my bother in June. He is an expert in really dialing in the diet for competition. I wanted to have a program that allows me to input
6 months of nutrition data ahead so that I can have a print out to follow. This way it would make it easier to make changes on the computer than writing everything down on paper. I can then use the data to learn what works or what needs to change.
I heard that there is a program that you can input your calories, fat, carb and protein % ratio's which will compute a food list and portions to eat for the day. I know professional dietitians have this type of program that cost like 300-400 dollars. Now I call that convenience.

that and the search function sucks.. I wish the search was better and the custom foods were arranged more better, they arent even in alphabetical order, just random.. so I always end up entering the same custom food more then once to avoid the hassle of searching though to find it.. also if the custom foods were searchable would be pretty nice
