Anyone integrate a battle rope in their routines?

Our weekend boot camp have been using a 21lb 1.5" rope and today stepped up to a 2", 50', 46lb rendition. It was a blast and a beast to use. It is a good CST+cardio burn. Still feel it now as I type an hour after the workout.

I like to throw them in as a finisher of my workouts from time to time. Always gets that HR up fast!

This is exactly what I do too. Makes for a killer shoulder finisher haha.

I add them in a few days a week with in a rotation as my HIIT training. They always get me sucking wind

I enjoy doing 20s ropes, 20s core x4 then a one minute rest and repeat. No more than 2x or 3x total

20s standard up and down
20s inside circles
20s outside circles
20s slams
