Anyone here can read an elbow MRI?

3 weeks until I figure out what the doctor says but its killing me to know. A little backround.....

MRI is of right elbow

-Had a ulnar nerve release in Jan 2017
-Received 2 cortisone shots ( April, August) for golfers elbow
-Ulnar never transposition in Jan 2018
-Golfers elbow return Aug 2018, but worse than before. Been in PT with no improvementInvalid Link Removed
