Had both of them replaced twice . Was wondering what you have done for for improving leg strength. Have been doing leg press but can only do partial squats. Thanks
 
Look into occlusion/ blood flow restriction training. You can supposedly build muscle and strength while using lighter weights. Jadaveon Clowney used to it recover from a bad knee injury.
