Anyone had Cissus Help with Knee Pain? I haven't.

I started taking Cissus around mid-July to help with some pain I've been having for a few months right above my right kneecap. It feels like the tendons/ligaments.

I esp. feel it when bending down (stretching the knee).

So, I haven't had any relief while taking 6 caps per day of Cissus.

I'm curious if anyone has used Cissus and had relief from knee pain.

Well i dislocated my kneecap 2 weeks ago.. could barely walk for a few days.
Im thinking about starting squats again this week.
6caps ED
but i have been on for like 4 months pretty much. I think the longer you are on the better it works.. Give it time.. This stuff eliminated severe tendonitis in my left arm, and healed a busted up right shoulder in weeks, that had taken months to get to where could lift again

peace

Yeah I get moderate knee pain from time to time too, except my pain starts below the kneecap. Have you tried glucosimine, chrondritin, celadrin or msm? Invalid Link Removed

Yeah Nate. Been taking glucoseamine/chondrotin for a month or so in June. Then started glucoseamine/MSM at 2 g/day each from July 1 till now.

Haven't tried Celadrin though, may have to check that out.

Did any of it work even a little?

Not a damn bit bro.
Seems to have gotten worse in the last month or so.

I'd have thought I've been on Glu/MSM for long enough. Got 2 huge bottles of this at Sam's.

Damn. Glad I haven't wasted my money. Guess the knee wraps will have to do for now. It sucks though, because it effects me even when I don't lift (kneeling, going up stairs, etc).

Interesting.

I notice my problem sometimes outside of the gym. But the vast majority of the pain is at the gym. I can do very few exercises without any pain.

Have you tried knee wraps?

I think my pain originates from the tendon or ligament too, not sure (ACL perhaps?). I have been reading up on cissus and was hoping it would help.

CissusRx

I didn't notice any reduction of pain in my shoulder untill i started 3x3 dosing. Using the nine caps a day my shoulder pain has been nearly zero.

I had been suffering from pain in my shoulder for about six months prior to trying Cissus. Had to stop doing upright rows, military presses, incline bench, etc.

I tried taking time off from lifting, glucosamine, condriton, MSM, Fluid Joint, GlucosaCream, nothing worked except Cissus.

Nate - 1.8 g X 3

That gets pretty expensive. A bottle is $21 at Nutra, and that is 180 caps, so that would only be 20 days.

Ok thanks.

I found a site where I can get a pound for about 5 bucks. I figure there is ~454 grams in a pound. 5 grams a day would last you ~90 days.

Order it but that stuff is garbage but in any event, you do not lose much at 5 dollars plus shipping.

You should not take my word for it since I sell a similiar product but when you recieve the Product it will turn to tarr and almost imposible to use. We are working with one of the best Labs in INDIA so our product is unique in our extraction methods.

There buying cissus at below 10 dollars a kilogram so I can not imagine the quality. There was a couple members of AM that purchased from the company. They may shed some light on it.

Thanks. So, how would cissus work for bad knees? Would it only be benficial say after a surgery or could it also be beneficial for someone that has constant soreness/pain? My knees hurt on the daily basis right below the kneecap.

You may want to find out WHY it hurts.

You might have a problem that needs to be fixed. I don't think cissus is a magic potion - it won't be able to fix everything. If you have damage that is not healing, it is going to keep on hurting.

I plan on using it as an ancillary to my recouperation.

Is that a herniated disc in your avatar? Looks bad. Yours?
I've had a reaccuring problem with my knees. It was really bad when I was in the Marines due to all of the running, marching and humping we did. I was ok until recently they have started hurting pretty bad again. No idea why. Sometimes they're good and sometimes not. I don't think there's any damage in there, maybe some inflammation.

Yup, that is my disc alright.

It does not hurt much right now, but weakness and other nerve symptoms are showing up.

I'll probably go get it fixed soon. I just abandoned an SD cycle because of this.

See if you can get an MRI for the knee. You might be surprised what they find.

Good luck,
R

Correct!

Cissus worked for providing me with relief from knee pain that I've had to deal withf for a few years time. Mine is due to an inflamed knee tendon which tends to act up when I have to climb alot of stairs, and when I perform exercises such as squats. I was just about to the point of being pain free when I ran out of cissus, only to place an order a few weeks before I was due to run out. Lo and behold over a month later I've still received nothing, but am still waiting (somewhat) patiently for my order to arrive.

e-mail me bud at [email protected] with order number and address so we can check on that.

take care

I had my first softball game of this season last night, I normally take 400 mg. ibuprofen before every game, last night I did not have any, I have been on cissus for about 5 days, to my suprise last night I had no knee pain, none. My shoulder did not bother me either, 5 days is not long but so far I am VERY impressed, will update after next game, if this continues alot of my friends will be ordering, great product!!!!!!!!!!

I had another softball game last night, no knee pain or shoulder pain, I am still blown away by this stuff, I have been on it now for two weeks, havent really noticed any anabolic effect yet. I am off to the gym now to see if my shoulders can take another beating without pain, I am confident there will be none. I needed this stuff about
10 years ago,:) better late than never.. FEELIN GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had another game last night, NO PAIN, except when my graceful ass stepped on the ball after the first baseman dropped it, I rolled my ankle, so I will really be albe to see the healing, pain killing effects of cissus,(not expecting a miracle cure). I did notice last night when I got home and got undressed to shower I looked in the mirror and was like WTF, I looked like I had just left the gym, I looked really pumped, this just keeps getting better.
U guys have a life long customer here..........

yo my question is about this line, does your knee have a large bump under the knee cap right at the top of you shin? i don normally run due to the fact my ankles are trashed and i have had past knee pains/injuries but havent had any knee pain for quite a while. i snowbaord quite a bit without any knee problems although i ran a ton the other night at my first indoor soccer game and the next day my knee had the same horrible pain it had years ago.... my knee is also always sensitive around this bump and the 1inch space between the bump and the bottom of my knee cap, could this be tendon damage??? what would be a good remedy? do you guys think cissus could help?

it sounds like a few people (poopypants and nate) might have osgood slaughters.

i had and still have this, and it seems to be similar to what you guys are describing.

a bump a couple inches below your knee, pain below the knee cap, and pain when pressing in that area.

i had orthroscopic knee surgery for this, it helped quite a bit, but it still hurts. i cant do squats with or with out weight because it is too painful. going up and down stairs is another huge problem area.

dunno what to tell you guys other than go to a doc and see what he has to say....might need surgery

agreed.if 3 caps 2x's daily doesnt do it.up it by a few caps every week until u feel relief.find that personal magick number for your personal chemistry and current injury.

for the knees have u tried afflutop?

It's Osgood-Schlatter disease. I've had it for the past 32 years. I still have the bumps below the knees but the pain finally went away about 10 years ago. Ice it down to kill the pain or find some good painkillers. The pain will go away eventually. I can snatch, clean, front squat and back squat without any pain. I'm 47 now and have snatched 270 and cleaned 330 without any pain.
