Anyone get diarrhea on SD???

Well I have been on SD for about 2 1/2 weeks. Started the first week @10mg/day and then 1 week ago I upped it to 20 mg/day. I am also taking 32mg of M4OHN/day.

The last 4 days I have been having some loose stools. No nausea, no fever, no real cramping, just watery diarrhea about 3 times/day. Guess I could have picked up some stomach bacteria or virus over the weekend.

Anyone else get this while on SD. Not sure it is even from the SD, but I hardly ever get sick so this is unusual for me.

actually yes, the first week it was bad...
after that it seemed to clear up somewhat.
 
I got the exact opposite, stools so dry its hard to believe they passed, no constipation though, try using a half teaspoon of konsyl or other fiber to firm it up, you may be drinking to much water or may have ingested an amoeba, eat 3 cloves of finely chopped raw garlic to kill it.Minor cases of dysentery often occur. I hope that helps
 
I'd say I'm up at least 8pounds in ~20days.
Strength gains haven't quite been as good as others are experiencing.
 
Hmmm interesting. One had some sides like me and the other the opposite. I am still not sure it is the SD.

So far gains have been great. I am cutting and I have actually gained about 5#'s. I am going to drop my calories some more and up the cardio. Strength gains are great.

I am trying to cut using 3 protein shakes and 1 6" turkey/roast beef sandwich/day. :)

I am 5'11" 220, with abs slightly visable :D

oh yeah, age is 32. my damn metabolism has really slowed down on the last few years, which makes it much harder to cut. Have to up the cardio.
 
No such reaction from SD, but I did have a similar problem with M4OHN. I had done it in a solution of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and just passed it off as an effect of the oil not the M4OHN. Could it be? Just responding to your question.
 
I had it about 20 minutes after my first dose....thought it was just a coinsidence....haven't had the problem since, and I'm my fourth day into my cycle.
 
hmmm I am dropping my M4OHN from the cycle. I have been on 4 weeks anyawy. If I continue to get this I will drop the SD and see if it clears up. Nothing really bad as of now though. I had liquid crap like 4 timse yesterday though.

Might add 1-test trans in to replace the M4OHN. Was planing on doing the final two weeks with MDHT.

still @20mg SD/day. 20mg/day is working for me rather well I believe. I knwo that based on my weight I could/should bump it up to 30mg/day, but so far I am pleased.
 
save the 1-test for next round - it takes 8-14days to kick in anyway.

Yeah I will probaly let the 1-test sit for now. I have soooo much stuff that I feel like a pharmacy :D I was like a dumb kid in a candy store in the last two months before tha ban. It is hard having all that "stuff" staring at you :D

will update tonight on my liquid craping events :D ... so far nothing since 2:00am est.... yuck

No stomach problems with SD thus far (on day 10). Everything has been great, so far so good and this is my first cycle of anything! I will probably post a review in the SD thread soon.
 
With SD , like many others, I have been drinking a TON of water. That is all I drink, I am pushing 2 gallons of water/day.

soo I wonder this:
I wonder if that I am overdrinking and the colon just cannot dry things out as well and is trying to get rid of this excess water through urination and my liquid fun.

hmm just a thought.....
 
That much water is bound to disturb the natural ph value of your gi tract, anything chemical will exacerbate it, sounds like more of a combination of factors too varied to really pinpoint
 
That much vit c is known as a laxative, I think you have disturbed your gi tract, try yogurt and fiber to get it right, probiotics etc.
 
Concerning cramping. Been on 20mg of SD for three weeks. Through week 2 all was well, but week three I started cramping badly. Most severe were in the lower back and GI. Very painful, but no loose stools though.

I tried taurine as suggested by LO (up to 4g/d), Mg, K+, and nothing seemed to work. Until I tried ibuprofen. It was like night and day--my cramps dissappeared immediately. Now, I was hesitant about trying any NSAID's because there have been a reports showing decreased protein synthessis and one paper showing antiinflams inhibiting satellite cell function. Albeit this was done in cultured rat muscle cells, and without any exogenous (or endogenous for that matter) anabolic substances.

However, I am taking a very low dose of ibuprofen (200mg every 8 hours @ 220lb BW) and it seems to work fine.

Now, this brings up an interesting question. Does SD somehow induce PG synthesis, and is this the source of cramping? It is well known that E2 induces PG's, and that may be why NSAIDs like ibuprofen are so effective at treating dysmenorrhea. It is also known that test induces COX1 and 2 induction in testes. There is also a lot of lit on progesterone and PG modulation, and SD might have some progestogenic effects (I too had to cut back on 4AD because of sore nips).

Any opinions?
