igf-1 (every other day )6 units start increase it by 3 units till I get to 15
Gh 20 units (every other day)
Dballs ( 30mg a day)
Enanthate ( every 4 days) 250mg
Deca (once a week) 200 mg

Lr3 at 80 MCG bi lat Prewo.

750/test 300/eq. Eq is on the low end to control sides from it I've done up to 800 but sides weren't worth it. 300 and it works for me. I'll be using mentabolan the last 4 weeks.

No I can do cardio for days.
