Anyone ever come across a fat burner with ECA results?

That sucks...ec is weird, there have been times I've taken it and felt all kinds of cracked out and then some times I could take a nap after...stress is crazy, but if things have settled down maybe try it again and make sure it's an hour away from food on both sides. Makes a big difference.

Thank you! I was thinking about trying it again and being more consistent with it. I def won't try Bronkaid again, that sh*t makes me want to rip my heart out. ????????
 
For the Bronkaid, I started with 1 pill but it was too strong so I cut it in half. One stack in the am and one stack in the afternoon. I would always forget my second stack and by the time I remembered, it would be too late (5-6 pm). I don't remember having these sides with Primatene at all. I suck at taking pills.

Wow...I used to have the same issue with bronkaid being way too harsh on me but primatene was fine, at same dosages too (25mg)...try starting with 1 primatene (12.5 mg) and 200mg caffeine when you wake up and then again an hour or so after lunch...see how that treats you and then you can bump to 2 primatene per dose if you react ok...2x a day, with consistence, will definitely still yield results.

Woah, I'm glad it wasn't just me. I'll definitely try it out. I'll get some Primatene tomorrow. I'm not touching that box of Bronkaid that I have. For someone who already has anxiety, it's not a good thing at all. Fingers cross that if I stay consistent, I can cut enough weight for my fight in June! ?????

Yes the anxiety was killer, especially at the end when i started to add in yohimbine... jad be 2nd guessing everything i do.
 
I was also going max dose. 25mg of e 3 times a day, 200mg of c 3 times a day, and 2.5mg of yohimbine 3 times a day. All dosed together and also a baby aspirin with morning dose.

When i run it again, which will be in a month or 2, i plan to only do 50mg of e per day and either 2.5 or 5mg of yohimbine a day. While i saw great results, it was a bit much toward the end and def felt i was due for a break. Hopefullu i still get just as good results with the lower dose.
 
I wrote this in another thread and don't know why you guys torture yourself with multiple doses of yohimbine when I believe there is a much more effective way........


Long time vet to eca-y stack here. also done many ckds back in the day when Lyle wrote his book and prior to that BodyOpus so I've used every fat burner known to man lol.

That being said I think you guys are using it wrong and causing way too many sides taking it all day long though it may be effective that way. But too many sides to deal with all day long.

I find its best used hard and once pre fasted am cardiovascular and then a carbless meal after. I just can't imagine having cold hands and anxiety throughout the day with multiple doses.

I take 2 caps 15 min before cardio at 6am plus green tea extract, forskholin, I cap of Visceral Response. 2 caps of Burn 24 lol. I'm leaning out very well after almost 2 weeks. I'm already sub 6% so I notice these things. My abs are drenched after I get off the treadmill. (I also rub topical yohimbine product on abs but been doing that well before starting target a2. )

Interesting I don't think I'm holding water from the yohimbe but when I come off I'll see if I piss some away.

I also take my pre workout pump drink and also White Flood and workout at 830am. By 9am the cold anxiety feeling from the yohimbine is gone and the rest of the day is great.
 
Serious question guys...since bronkaid is banned(not illegal), is it illegal to buy bronkaid for the purpose of an EC stack?

I asked myself the same thing yesterday when I was denied being able to purchase primatene (I had bought Advil sinus in March for my allergies).

I do it all the time. Buy Bronkaid or Primatene for purpose of EC stack.

This. They aren't going to ask you what you're buying it for, you won't have the DEA knocking down your door for buying some Bronkaid. I don't think they even sell it to anyone for its intended 'bronchodilating' purposes to be honest haha
 
The last time i bought some at a walgreens the guy almost interrogated me....well not really, but he asked me what i needed it for and if i had Hypertension? He also seemed a little hesitant about giving to me! Lol!

So is it illegal to go up to the counter and say i want some bronkaid for an EC stack and then to buy it for that purpose?

No need to even tell them what it is for. None of their business. It's not illegal to buy. Just say you want a box or two of Bronkaid or Primatene, sign your name, pay the money.

Uh, I mean I wouldn't tell him you're using it as a fat burner personally. The less info you give the better. Technically they can't ask you anything, pharmacists aren't doctors. And even if they were, they aren't your doctor so they have no right to know what you're using it for. I've been asked what it is by some pharmacists because they've never sold any before, and I just say its for asthma. I've bought it with caffeine pills in the same transaction before though without an issue. I don't really think they have the ability to deny selling it to you though, so tell em whatever you want! hahaha

No. But he can refuse to sell it to you.

It's only illegal to sell it in "diet pills" because of the old hydroxy cut back in the day. People were taking upwards of 400mg ephedrine and dropping like flys. Coupled with un diagnosed heart conditions too.

I have never been asked what it was for. If I was asked I would say asthma which is a lie and not feel one bit bad about it. The main reason it is behind the counter is because of people using it for meth and that is why they limit the amount you can get. It is not about keeping people from running EC stack.

Your not purchasing something illegal. Your purchasing something that they try to control quantities sold in a specific time frame to keep people from making drugs.

+3 Never been asked jack. I usually bust their balls about all the typing they have to do, and let's just give DNA samples to buy it, LOL. Worst case lie - "I have mild breathing difficulties". If it's legal in your state, literally every pharmacy will have it - just go to another one. Answer questions? I'm sorry, is this East Germany?

P.S. People weren't dropping like flys with Ephedra Sinica. A *couple* HS football morons who failed reading comprehension keeled over, but compared to asprin/tylenol deaths? Not even close.

It's also because big pharma has DC by he balls. Can't have people treating themselves, you need Phen-Fen (insert "rolls eyes" avatar here). But I do admit, price wise, Primatene is a friggen bargain!, compared to these supp company fat burners. So at least big pharma kept it cheap :) I dose once a day, so it's like $10 for a months supply.

Tou dose 1 bronkaid a day, so 25mg of E? How long do you run that for and how do you feel your results are compared to max daily dose of about 75mg?

I think its stupid to tell them its for an ec stack, despite the fact its none of their business. Just keep it simple and say its for minor asthma symptoms. You tell the person behind the counter its for an ec stack and they end up saying no, you can potentially lose that location as a spot to buy it because they may tell their coworkers in the next meeting they have to not sell bronkaid without an interview.

Luckily my location by me never even asks any questions. I buy 2 boxes a month. But in the event they did ask, i would tell them that back in january i had a clogged salivary gland in my mouth due to backed up mucus and this can potentially cause serious infection. Bronkaid helps to loosen up your mucuc and phlem so it helps make sure that my salivary galnds do not get clogged anymore. - which is actually a true story : )

But in the meantime, i just ask for 2 boxes, pay, and split.

I use Primatene, so it's 25mg of E-HCL. I do this either pre-fasted cardio, or pre-ate-something-90-minutes-ago resistance training. I rotate it with 18mg Y-HCL/6mg a-Yohimbine, or take them the same day, but a long time apart. I couldn't begin to tell you the effects of one compound at that dosage, because between the caloric deficit, caffeine, L-Carnitine, E-HCL, Y-HCL and training.... I ain't a research scientist :) I just go by the overwhelming science of those compounds and the fact that they are DIRT CHEAP. All's I know is that for the past 56 weeks, I've maintained a 1.25lb per week weight loss/shrinking caliper-tape measure, while always adding either reps or weight to the bar.

But I'm sure 25mgx3 is "better" - but what's "better"? I'm in no hurry, I have about 40 years left to live :)

Raise for sure. If you have BP issues make sure you monitor it while you're starting up with EC. And be careful adding other products or preworkouts in if you're sensitive or have existing BP problems. Be especially careful with y-hcl if you're thinking of stacking the two
 
Hey guys what's the verdict with the Aspirin? Yes or no? I feel like 50% say yes and 50% say no need? If I run EC/ECA, I want it to be as effective and safe as possible. Thanks!

Not needed. Asprin has nothing to do with safety of eca. However. ...if you have heart conditions or a family history of heart conditions or blood pressure. ....stay away from eca.

No heart conditions here. Ok so aspirin is pointless then? I read somewhere it is to prevent clotting or something like that?

From personal research and experience, the asprin is not needed. EC by itself is plenty safe and effective without it, just start with one dose (25mg E/200mg C) per day and work your way up to 3 doses a day. I don't suggest adding asprin to the stack
