Anyone else noticed this from Drive and RPM?

yep - i did drive for week one and added rpm the following week. it really kicked it in. when i added ifg2 - that's when i got that oncycle feeling again during the w/o.

started xfactor today so we'll see what that brings to the mix.

hey - anyone a clue here. i've been on the ifg2 for two weeks. at week two i got the real deep sleeps. for some reason the past three nights - it just seemed like it took forever to fall asleep. the only other supps would be neovar that i am taking.

thoughts?

were you taking powerfull before you started on igf2?

this was one of the first things i told Dirk when i was stacking these 2 was the ability to keep going. but just how much better and more Mentally happy i felt in the gym and i just wanted to keep going and pounding the weights

like an endorphin rush so to speak

could be the rhodiola from the NeoVar- the IGF-2/NeoVar stack is great for lean mass, b/c CEE increases IGF-1 expression and secretion, banaba stimulates GLUT4 translocation and allows for adenylate cyclase to allow for greater blood flow- creating an optimal situation for creatine uptake. The IGF-2 inhibits prolactin, raises free test, increases GH, and I think it may have some positive effects on IGF-1 as well. There seems to be synergism between the two, and I think that this may be due to the increased IGF-1 and GH, along with some test boosting effects....

I think the issue is too much rhodiola- I would space out the dose- you can dose NeoVar more heavily in the AM and post-workout, and load the IGF-2 more heavily towards night-time- but that's just me :)

Yep, probably the rhodi. One thing to consider is that low doses of rhodi are energizing while high doses are sedating. What's low and high is based on the individual, but taking say around 500 mg before bed might sedate you instead of keeping you awake.

Or a dose of 5HTP at night may also counteract the energizing effect of the rhodi and provide both good sleep and synergy in terms of serotonin upregulation/mood boost.

Serotonin is tricky that way so it will take some experimentation on the individual's part.

I need to take some IGF-2 as well to help with my almost perpetually sore left elbow, get some GH running up to help its healing

even that isn't enough :( I really need to use a pile of osteobolin, as well as going 2 weeks without using the elbow. Its actually better now with me not doing lateral raises, that was hurting me more than anything else. some triceps exercises hurt as well. Now its better, still not great. I managed to do barbell curls with 90lbs this week where previously the left elbow pain was limiting me

Yup- did something to my shoulder yesterday- it is grinding pretty bad today...

rms80,

Do you stay on Osteo-C year round? How are you dosing yours (timing, amount, etc)?

yup- have been on Cissus for roughly 3 years- my dosing (I am 6'3" 220 or so):

4 capsules 1st thing in the AM on an empty stomach

4 capsules before bed- try to get it on an empty stomach, but usually semi-full....

With Osteo I ran 2+2+2 ** along with my Incarnate

wake up, post workout, before bed. Amazing stuff...

On SuperCissus now and its great too...Cissus is amazing

agreed. I still get slight joint pain from X-Factor but barely enough to really consider a pain or a hassle. Good stuff. Im loving incarnate. :)

I've been using it alongside Incarnate as well. Going to try to add Neovar in at the same dosing times.... ramp up from 1 Neovar cap and hopefully get up to 4. My stomach is very sensitive to it, but it works so darn well!

I just finished all my Drive :(, all gone now, and I can defienetly notice a difference in my mood, I want to be back on!!!

One thing I am noticing from constant Drive use is that not only does it reduce my overall fatigue levels, but it also keeps me in a much better mood when I do get worn out.

Doing work outdoors for days on end used to wear me out badly and after 5-6 days of camping and working I'd tend to get pretty cranky. The boost from Drive keeps me pretty happy and energized for way longer. Outside of missing my family, I think I could work in the field indefinitely as long as I don't run out of Drive, lol...then it's time to leave.

I am a field biologist/consultant..a private contractor who will perform surveys for endangered species, wetlands, noxious weeds, rangeland conditions et cetera.

I hike and camp a lot. lol

Sweet! Do you get to travel overseas, etc. for your work as well?

Can't say I could handle it day in and day out.... but I'd love to see what that's like.

Nope, no out of country stuff yet. I pretty much specialize in the SouthWest..AZ, NM, CA, UT area.

It's a nice mix of working out in the middle of nowhere and office work so it's not too bad usually. It's just the last month and half I have been gone all the time..not lifting, not eating nearly enough et cetera.

Trying to diversify my biz though. Want to look into scouting for movie locations as well as other outdoorsy stuff..that pays better. lol

That would be really interesting :)

You doing any work related to the wildfire situation in Ca?

Nope. I seldom do work in CA..it's a totally different regulatory environment and also very competitive. I am currently working on a restoration project for the huge wildfire that hit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon 2 years ago..with a non-profit group dedicated to such endeavors.

Been using Drive and RPM heavily just to stay on my feet..seriously. Praise be to AN and Dirk.
