anybody tried akavar 20/50??

The fact that is doesnt tell me how it works makes me skeptical plus it has a laxative in it. Anybody tried this stuff??
 
At the check out page they advertise a weight loss gel. OMG what a joke.
 
ad I read didn't show ingredients; this is new...don't spend the $ if you don't know if any one had results....my thoughts. good luck
