Any updates. On the Craze situation?

Have there been anymore news on the Craze/Cahill situation? I haven't heard much more since the USA Today article, ESPN article, and several retailers pulling it. I'm assuming Cahill and DS has been advised to be quite by their lawyers.

no updates yet from either side of the argument. Predator Nutrition just claimed that they're getting more stock of every product BUT craze in this week from DS, so they manufacturer still seems to be out of stock.
