Post SB I'm going to try to bulk up again. When I was in highschool it was pretty easy to get all kinds of healthy vegetarian options with my parents buying food and everything. Now I'm basically stuck on a low budget route with little supps at my disposal.
What I've been sticking to lately is tons of eggs, black beans, canned tuna, fish, nattypb, and whey. I guess I should note I'm pescatarian actually as I eat fish.
I'm really trying to get something decent dialed before I start my first ph (prob epistane because of some genetic gyno issues).
If anybodys got any tips that would be great.
