I'm appalled by Dave Barrs' comment:
There aren't a lot of data on it, but it has potential for diabetics. I'd rather use lipoic acid, but of course novelty helps move product.
The end of that last sentence pretty much sums up their MO and Dave is a staunch supporter of their methods.

Yeah, apparently "Bodybuilding's Think-Tank" doesn't have much of an open mind!USPLabs said:How about the sentence before that

He is just speaking from his thoughts (the thoughts biotest have him speak)not mind.

Invalid Link Removed can ship to Canada quickly.NuruddinZangi said:I'm in a hurry to get Anabolic Pump before i get back from my winter break to Egypt, where as a vegitarian i have to eat tons of carbs. The only way to get it is through my sister ordering it online (maybe through bodybuilding.com) and sending it with her friend who's coming to egypt sometime in february.
so will it be stopped by canadian customs? are there any customs charges?
please i need a quick answer.
also, here's something i asked on the t-nation thread about AP but the thread mysteriously dissapeared way way back in the supplement forum as if the mods are purposely keeping it away from people's eyes. anyone have an answer? :
"the instructions say to take before breakfast, pre-workout meal, and post-workout meal on training days. and before breakfast, lunch, dinner on non-training days.
now if i have a pre and post workout shake there's no need for it, cause the body is already in the same state this supplement is supposed to create, and all carbs and protein are pretty much getting shoved into the muscle.
also as i understand from user feedback, you should take this before eating complex carbs, but it might not work or might make you feel bad if you take it before simple carbs. since pre and post workout shakes are made of simple carbs, if i get this supplement im just gonna skip taking it in these two meals.
now i have a question: isnt there a limit to how much glyocogen can be stored in the muscle? i mean, should we really be taking this with every meal?
can i just take this supplement before breakfast, lunch, and dinner on non-training days? (4 days a week), and just dont take it at all during training days? this would also make up for its high price."
thank you so much,
Zangi

I'm not sure what you mean by "now if i have a pre and post workout shake there's no need for it, cause the body is already in the same state this supplement is supposed to create, and all carbs and protein are pretty much getting shoved into the muscle.
Yes, exercise stimulates glut4 but that is not to say that exercise+pre/post-workout shake=The degree of nutrient shuttling to muscle caused by Anabolic-Pump supplementation.
The the low/high GI issue is this - Don't take purely high GI carbs with Anabolic-Pump, you'll be better off with either only low GI carbs or a mix of low and high GI.
We do not advise you take this with every meal that contains carbohydrates, please look at the dosing instructions which you yourself have quoted. At the most I'd advise 4 caps/day and that's only for larger (lbm) guys.
Refer to the label's dosing instruction...not taking it on workout days would be a huge waste.
