Does anyone have a good Tricep routine that really produced some results?..I'm currently a little stuck with Tri growth
 
JM presses, wobble bench, and weighted dips.
 
Close grip bench and skull crushers. And rope press downs.
 
7x3 close grip bench with 60 seconds in between sets
8x8 decline skull crushers with 45 seconds rest in between
3x10 over head tricep extension 30 seconds rest in between sets

Thats what I do.

Look up PJR pullovers man. My boss just showed me how to do them and they are now a staple in my workouts.

No my boss specifically showed me them because they're very easy on the elbows. Absolutely destroy your long head of the triceps
