I'm going to do a search now, but I couldn't find anything a day ago. I heard her name and e-mail address were let out from a radio station. ****, I just want to see if she was worth it. I mean, you have to be a moron to cheat on a wife that looks like that, she's fucking smoking. Anyone with info, please post :)
 
well personally I hope they are not out there.. if it was my daughter, I would be having a fit that they even put out her name.. to me the whole thing of having her name published is total bullshit.. and let's not post it please.. just don't want to go there on here..
 
Yeah, but you're already being biased because you have a daughter. What if she is lieing? If she is lieing, why is it fair for Kobe to get trashed and beat up all over the place on talk shows, in new's articles etc... when he may in fact be telling the truth? The fact of the matter is we don't know what really happened and Kobe is already guilty because of the media attention. I don't agree. It's not fair that a star can be accused of something that can ruin his carrer and the accuser can be disclosed. This whole matter should have been delt with privately. Many guys get accused of **** they didn't do. I'm not saying I believe one or the other, I mean if Kobe really raped her, ****, throw away the key!, but this whole thing should be fair and it's not right now. I found her name, and if people want it, PM me. I haven't searched for a pic yet.

You're right on some points you make like Kobe getting thrashed in the media because it can cost him endorsement money. However, if you make her name, address etc. public information than that only hurts real rape victims because if their identity and info is revealed than it makes it easy for a "fan" to harm her. I do think that the accusers name should be kept private also because the same can happen to him. The media can say something like "an NBA player has been accused of rape" but the media has no ethics in high profile cases, they'll do anything for a story, interview etc. Someone has already even offered the alleged victims family $10,000 for an interview. That's pretty bad on the media's part if you ask me.

BTW, if all Kobe did was cheat on his wife than she better be worth it :D
 
Well who's to say some crazy Woman or father with a teenage daughter who used to love Kobe doesn't try to kill Kobe at a Laker's game because he or she is crazy and feels so bad for this girl who he or she thinks got rapped and Kobe got away with it cause he's a big star with the best lawyers money can buy? (hypathetically). It goes both ways. Her identity would have been revealed eventually anyway obviously.
I did alittle research and obviously stories and can wrong and rumors are made so who the **** knows. But I found out her mother is a prosecuter from the town, the family is good friends obviously with the police force there. Coincidence the prosecution wants the trial there with that town making up the jury members lol. She supposdedly was bragging about this incident at a party which she attended according to numerous people there. She tried to kill herself 2 weeks before the incident. And supposedly this is the second time she has accused someone of rape.
Now who knows how close or far from the truth any of this is. But it's interesting.
 
Yes I am bias because I have a daughter.. and if she had lied, I would be the first in line to beat her ass if I found it out.. but from what I have seen of it.. the girl is hold up and avioding every type of coverage to me that speak miles to the idea of the charge.
Personally, I think that there is being to much coverage of this whole thing.. I don't give a rats ass if Kobe is a big star or not.. it is not that big of a story is it? Does or will impact the world as a whole in the future or will be just one of those interesting little side notes in history that you get during a trival prusuit game. Why is that we as human being seem to take delite at watch some step on their dick or worse.. it just boggles my mind..
 
Well, I'm a basketball fan and in the middle of news about soldiers being killed daily cause our military is not fucking organized, stories like this distract ya and are mildly interesting. I agree that the media is paying way too much attention to this. I just wanted to see what she looked like :)
 
The pictures are out there. If you want the webiste just PM me. I personally think its fine for her name to be exposed as well as her picture. Posting her telephone number and address is over the top but whats done is done.

My take is that Kobe did nothing criminally wrong and this very messed up little girl is simply acting out for attention. Kobe is not a rapist and I think we will see the evidence cleary exhonorates him in the end. If not, and he did do it, then let him get the full penalty.
 
I have yet to see a website that has the actual picture of this girl.. the news keeps saying that there aren't any good pictures.. but hey I have said my 0.02 on this post away with pictures and the what not..
 
I'm not posting anything so I don't care. Go to freekobe.com and check out their forum, you'll find whatever you want. She's okay, but nothing to cheat with when you have that wife. I don't agree with the posting of her phone number, address, e-mail, either. That's just wrong.

The only thing he is guilty of is not knowing that she clocked in for work the second she knocked on his HOTEL room door at 11 at NIGHT. This girl has a history of issues, when it's found that he didn't do it they should press charges against her for making a false report and lock her ass up. I'm f@$% sick and tired of people abusing this screwed up judicial system. This **** needs to stop and stop here. Later J :mad:
 
I should also add that privacy laws define degrees of expected privacy, with the average joe being afforded the most, and "celebrities", those with high profile occupations, those afforded much media coverage, etc, have a far far LOWERED expectation of privacy... this is just in response to the statement about the media bashing him just because he's a celebrity... it might sound like tough ****, but it really is, it just goes with the stardom turf. I wouldn't say his career is ruined in any way either IMO, as he and the rest of his family already never have to work any real job for the rest of their lives.

Ooh Well, Im with Matt and Biggs on this one. Until the case is closed and even afterwards her personal info should never have been made public. Now the harassment that she will have to put up with could swing the case in a different direction from what it should have originally been. Why do you think star witnesses to major crimes (MOB, Drugs, political) never get there names released? You do relise that there are some crazy ass people out there that would kill this girl just because there fans of Kobe, right. Its a fucked up world!
And Kobe is an fucking dumbass for even looking twice at this chick. He's high profile, Married, mad rich, and a hell of a baller. I guess his dick was thinking for him that night because he's already made a huge error by first saying he never meet the girl then to turn around and say well we did have sex,... but it was consentual.

Issues that require govermental intervention become public matters and matters of public record for the most part. Her personal info should not have been listed her picture however is not sacred in this event IMO, just like her name is not.

I still dont think he did it. She wanted and loved every min of the time in that room most likely, and then, saw an opprotunity to make a lot of cash. In todays day of twisted morals and greed you can understand that some of a SICK mind would jump at this chance.

Much of it depends on state law and just from the little I've seen, its much different than the majority. The arresting of Kobe without actually charging him at first, is an example. That state is backwards :D

Its much easier to mask flaws under good inentions and good public image. I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he did it. He already admitted something that most never though he would do. Just goes to show you we know NOTHING of these people so whatever opinions are given, its really based on nothing but whats been fed to you.

Plus anyone who advocates drinking Sprite post workout is in it for the buck! :D :D
