any otc GH supplements work?

Danes I see a business opportunity! We need a supplier for Pronova Biocare, Sweden Tribulus :) There's no way the average consumer can be sure the Trib they get contains the "right" stuff - but I see a resurgence of Trib ads coming :)

The Tribulus they used was saponin content of >40%.Why not just go for the best one ? The one that provide COA and the company who tested many Trib products claimed to contain protodioscin ++.many of trib products didnt have a trace of Protodioscin ! With tribestan you know for sure what you are getting. Tribestan is 90% steroidal S. And 45% of the extract is protodioscin (main active Steroidal Saponin).
Each cap is 250mg and they recommend 6 caps daily.(1500mg best quality tribulus terrestris you can buy). Sopharma is Not a supplement company but Pharma!

Natural huh? Care to share?

Rikkunsh|to. :)
I will make a thread about it. Talked to some scientists who ran studies on Rikkun****o. Remember, Rikkun****o is actually prescription drug in Japan (and its made of 8herbs/plants).

Where can we buy this and to what price?

This thread convinced me to research GrowthXT a bit more and its reputation is stellar. I've decided to give it a 2 bottle shot myself.

Yeah I'm hoping I get this effect from it as my sleep has been inconsistent for a long while.

My sleep on GFXT is a hit and miss, some night I sleep great the whole night, but some night I sleep great for only 4-5 hours and it's impossible to go back to sleep, makes me tired the whole day... :(

I've wanted to try Mucuna Pruriens for a long while as well(heard good things), so at the very least going to see what that does for me.

Isn't that what's supposed to be in the Primeval RKT-GH...still not out yet.

If you are just looking for some sleep help, ok (but there are cheaper aids). If you think the combo of Safed Musli and Mucuna is going to release GH, realize that in the paid for study, only 2 out of 17 people hyper-responded like that. That's something like an 11.9% chance of any GH secretion happening for your money.

Meh, I've spent more on garbage protein just to try it (Pro Jym).

How is Pro-Jym garbage?

For the record, I used to be a fan of JYM products, and a lot of the line is still decent, albeit overpriced. The pre is pretty good, Cherry Limeade also tastes great but RL tastes like straight medicine.

As for Pro-Jym, the CnC tastes exactly like Protogen (Jym apparently formulated the BB line so no surprise) aka the worst CnC protein of all time, that is only hyped up bc people mention it for a chance to get free product on those forums from CountryMike. S'mores tastes alright, the little marshmallows are nice, but the base powder is awful.

It's very expensive, chock-full of filler and junk, I don't like powders with Egg protein like Pro-Jym and Trutein bc it gives shakes a weird taste and nasty texture, and the macros are not great for such an expensive powder. Also supposed to be low in lactose, but gave me the sh*ts from time to time, probably due to the filler though.

Wish there were sample tubs bc it was a huge waste of money. Never buying again.

Ghar1ne actually works, it's kinda otc kinda gray market but anything else that is administered orally is basically wasting money.

I'm getting some pretty good sleep on the gharine. Today is day 9 and feeling pretty good. Slept amazing last night and woke up feeling amazing. Definitely has been helping when my new born wakes up during the night

Ok, so it's a taste/preference thing, not that the actual protein source/content is listed out to the 1/10th of a gram for all four types. I believe your favorite protein (that I love too...for $10/Lb) doesn't give you any gram/milligram amounts for each source/peptide - at all :)

As far as the fillers, there really isn't much difference - (Comparing Vanilla) there is non-dairy creamer, which is 8 ingredients in itself. Then Silicon Dioxide, but that's a wash with Brand B's Sodium Chloride. That's it.

I would never buy ProJym again because I think it, like all other quality protein is expensive **when compared to RawDynamix/TrueNutrition** - but I loved the taste of ProJym and didn't get bloated/gas. And you know exactly how much of what, you are drinking. Different strokes...

I don't want to turn this thread into a Pro Jym bash thread, and I will give credit to Jym for opening up his protein label as well, but comparing the two is insulting to Select and a bit disingenuous IMO.

Coop and other PES reps have pretty much verified that Select is a 50/50 Casein/Whey blend, or very close to it, so that's good enough for me. Coop even hinted at how much of the Leucine peptides were added in as well. It also doesn't matter what the breakdown is end of the day when the only thing I really want in the PJ is the MPI. Open label means nothing if the product is bad.

Select is MUCH cheaper than PJ(for a Canadian at least), MPI is the finest/most expensive protein around and it makes up a majority of Select along with the very expensive Pepform addition, Select tastes better, it has a handful of ingredients which I can pronounce/recognize(in comparison to PJ CnC which looks like a small novel was put in the place of an ingredients panel, and I'm not putting that gunk in my system day in day out), almost no lactose & doesn't give me the sh*ts like PJ did(that may be due to the egg protein though) and mixes better too.

PJ doesn't even go on sale whereas with Insiders and some promotions on the double B that PES takes part in, you can find Select for an even lower price, further destroying PJ on the price front. I recently got it for 30% off which is a price point that you will never see with Pro Jym.

Forget about me buying a good number of supplements from PES, this isn't a taste/preference thing. Select beats out PJ in every way except open label and taste which is debatable obviously. I respect your posts and you seem very well informed so I don't see how you can say that they have an even comparable amount of filler.

I don't want a non-dairy creamer in a protein I'm not using as a dessert for special occasions, as I believe in not putting in a bunch of processed junk into your body everyday regardless of its macros; but that's not all, it also has a "cookie bit complex" and other such nonsense, compared to Select that just has "Sodium Chloride, Ground Vanilla Beans, Guar Gum, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium". Come on.

Price(which is huge), availability(many diff vendors), flavour variety, digestion, macros, quality/cost of ingredients and more. End of the day I don't even use shakes day to day, I get my protein from food, so I'm not a shake evangelist, but if you want to just talk product, and put the products back to back blow for blow, there is no comparison.

/end massive speech. That wasn't about praising Select so much as it was about exposing PJ as a product. This is coming from someone who has tried almost all of the JYM line as well when I was less informed.

Anything extra that is an actual food product, will have it's own list of ingredients adding to the label. If it's not just a flavoring trick, and instead actual cookies, marshmallows, etc... It will have more ingredients, but I wouldn't call them filler. If you want to call the Creamer filler, ok - but they both deliver 24g of protein from a 90cc scoop - can't be much "filler". If you don't like them, that's fine - I'm not arguing that they're "Natural", but Select isn't all natural either. A lot of other quality proteins deliver 24g of protein in a *70cc* scoop, btw :)

As for the rest, whoa man, you seem to really be a fan. It's a prop blended protein - let that sink in. It's like a prop blended Lemonade, LOL. Ask why? That thread you keep bringing up had a lot of "supp company prop blend dodging" in it, and some unanswered questions about weights and measures - it's far from the holy grail, IMO, that you think it is. I say you aren't getting too much PepForm.

I've used both, bought both, still buy Select when at $10/Lb - but they *are* fairly equal, sorry. Nod goes to PJ for not hiding anything, and to Select for being about $6 cheaper at retail, variety, and for the sales they have.

Have a good Xmas, and thanks for the spirited convo :)
