Looking to start a recomp. 6'3 210 lbs but looking to get down to 200ish for summer. I've tried most natty supps out there. I have half a bottle of BMP and Inhibit-e laying around so could incorporate those. I've tried true shred for only one month and enjoyed that as well. I've always responded well to ARA too. Any other suggestions? I miss the old anabeta elite tbh

You mentioned missing Anabeta - we will be releasing an Anacyclus supplement soon.

There are a lot of great recomp options including Anabolic Effect, M-Test, Epi-Plex, X-Gels (ARA), and more.

Here are a few good ongoing logs:

Fantastic recomp results with Epi-Plex + Lean Edge:

Reducing carbs will help keep all your muscles while burins fat. Just keep your protein high and more importantly leucine .

this and epichaos by APEX ALCHEMY
Those two products have great feedback and I’ve always been a fan of topical ursa and Epi. Definitely should have a great recomp effect. Also, you can add in something like true shred to help really kick up the fat loss and muscle hardening components.

I've been on vector for 3 months and added ursa about a week and half ago and the hardening/ recomp is great. Started ursa at 2ml a day and upped it to 3 at the 1 week mark. Can't go wrong with xgels, mtest, and anabolic effect. That's what I used for recomp last run and had great results as well.

Definitely agreed on the True Shred by Hard Rock Supplements addition. Will be hard to beat that for fat loss and increased vascularity. Many logs to back it up as well.

Probably within 4 weeks, best guess. We have so many new things coming out that the issue is some of our stuff is pushing back some of our own stuff production wise. Labels are done, raws are in, so its just a matter of when it gets placed and finished in the production lineup.

What brand are you going with? Just curious bc we've had a lot of people asking us recently to do a Ursolic Acid capsule and I'm trying to figure out how to dose it is we do.

If I recall oral absorption/bioavailability of ursolic acid sucks. Most brands sell a 25% std Rosemary or Loquat extract. 50% is not too expensive per kg. But 98% is like 10 x the price of 50% which is absurd. I recall back in the day using PA's ursolic caps at 18 caps a day (150mg actual UR per 3 caps) which funny was a recommended amount to see results lol

The oral bioavailability is poor for Ursolic Acid but there are a lot of people, especially among the non-hardcore demographic, that won't use Ursolic Acid (or anything) in a transdermal form. If there wasn't a market for Ursolic Acid in capsule form, you wouldn't see so many brands like Labrada for example making one (and the reviews are actually very good on theirs).

I can't speak for why it was 150 mg. per 3 caps if it was, maybe the %'s offered were worse back then. Because it should be easy now to get 150 mg. active per capsule.

We will do some things with it to help increase the absorption as well; but still trying to figure out what we want the aim for the daily dosage to be. Barlowe's recommends 450 mg. active per day; Labrada recommends 400 mg. active per day; Morphogen recommends 450 mg. per day. So trying to decide if we want to suggest in the 450 mg. per day active range or go higher.

I'm guesting these were small caps like 200mg powder per capsule. I don't recall the caps being tiny but not that big either. I'd stack a capsule with the topical for sure.

I always thought PA's brand was the same as Labrada or at one point as I recall them listing Labrada on their site.

PA never had any affiliation with Labrada's brand that I know of so I'm not sure why they would list it on his website.

I'm not sure the reasoning for the mg. per pill thing but it could also be the standardization being different back then. I remember at one time most of what you saw raw material wise was 10%; not 25% is the standard and 50% is not uncommon.

Ahh ok. I almost bought a kilo of 98% because I love the stuff so much but couldn't justify the price as 50% is a fraction of the cost.
