More money, more problems man. sorry to hear you have to deal with this kind of b.s.

I'm not a laywer but I would say your best bet at this point is black ski masks and sawed off shotties ... but thats just me

Hey USP, I read that entire thread over there! Sheesh! I can totally see why you're pissed but you know what? It seems like most people aren't agreeing w/him. Maybe it's just me but there are only a few in his corner. Now, if you can prove loss, such as the bb.com deal, you have a case. But in the grand scheme of things, I don't really think this is worth it, even if you did. I still don't understand why people even bother w/that board. They're a large board, but so what? Most of the smart ones frequent many different forums and will see what everyone else has to say about the product. The creme ALWAYS rises to the top and soon, VERY SOON they'll all see what they're missing out on. OTOH, you know you're poised (if not already in) the top spot because people always tak sh!t about #1! I would give one word of advice though. Stop posting over there in that particular thread. It's a waste of time!!!

You are all correct. I respond on emotion instead of waiting a few hours to think it out.

On a side not, I been contacted by a lawyer that actually won a similiar case. I could careless about his threats. He associated USPlabs will an steroid distribution. He is not charging much becuase he want to create a new market for himself. He is hungry.

I hope this cat has a little bit of money. In the long run even on a forum, you should be held credible for your actions. Maybe this case would change the BS on forums and give companies an avenue to rectify truth.

THis guy is lifeless outside the forums. He lives forum life. He could possible be a member of 20 different forums on a smear campaign.
 
Oh and Jacob, I'm a Christian and half black have no problems calling you "brother" or vice versa! :thumbsup:
