I just revised my routine and would like to add in dips but due to a shoulder problem Its extremely painful. Are there any good alternative that come close to including all the same muscle groups
Bench dips destroy my tries. I usually do them on a squat rack that is open and has a pair of square parallel safety bars. They are the right distance for me and aren't hogging 2 benches.

Ever try dumbbell kickbacks or pressdowns on a high cable machine? Other than that, you could do bench dips with both hands on bench and heels on floor. If it gets too easy put a plate on your lap
