Antioxidants and Timing?

Hello all,
I have been doing a little research on the best time to take antioxidents and have read conflicting arguments. I currently take a high ORAC value antioxidant(50,000) with my post-workout shake around 1:30pm. Is this the best time to take them or should I wait until bed time?

New research is pointing to the importance of free radical (especially H2O2) signaling as an important component of recovery. We are starting to lean towards recommending taking them before bed, rather than immediately PWO.
