Anti-inflammatory dose timing

With all the ARA threads popping up and talk of the benefits of inflammation for muscle growth I have come up with a few questions about anti-inflammatories.

1- soon starting an x-gel run, how far from the dose should I be using supps like my fish oils or super cissus?

2- I have been taking my second super cissus 2 cap dose post workout, should I stop doing this? Reading a lot lately about the benefits of inflammation in the workout window.

3- other than x-gels is there any other common supplements that should be separated from anti-inflammatory use?

Just be sure to take your cissus and fish oil ~4 hours away from ArA.

The above, just consume cissus/fish-oil 4-6hrs apart from the X-Gels.

Have not heard of any other supps that should be taken apart otherwise.

I would say if possible, dose even further out. Not sure how significant of a difference it would make however.

I think 5-6 hours apart should be sufficient. In 5-6 hours you should have pretty much digested and absorbed the FA. If you dose the ArA preworkout, your workout should have kicked off the inflammatory response and by 5-6 hours later, probably safe to dose the fish oil/cissus without negating the inflammatory response.

Anybody else more knowledgeable on this topic wish to chime in? Would like to know if my understanding here is off (that is how I'm currently dosing ArA, first thing in the morning for the workout, my fish oil and cissus 6 hours later with my lunch, if this isn't optimum, I would obviously like to know :P ).
