Total cost would be 40 bucks. I have never really tried the anti catabolic angle to supps, wondering how this might stack with some other products such as DS's cort blocker.

Would this require a ramp down to minimize bounce back?

Honestly just stick with Reduce XT or DS Lean Xtreme as you mentioned. The only real cortisol control is the SerinAid, the rest if nutrient partitioning and egcg.

I have seen some legit studies showing cortisol decrease and DHEA increase (over 200%) with the Relora. Why do you feel the Relora has no merit?

Relora was tested on overweight premenopausal emotional eaters, who ate a ton of food in response to stress. I don't doubt that it can influence mood and stress levels, but I do doubt that it will aid in fat loss in a normal individual with a controlled diet. In fact, like most herbs, it may have acted as an adaptogen, but it did not even affect the actual MEASURED cortisol levels signficantly: "Other assessments conducted in this study including salivary cortisol and amylase levels, appetite, body morphology and sleep quality/latency were not significantly changed by Relora in comparison to placebo."
