How many times a week do you train?:3-4x a week weights, 2-3x a week cardio
Current type of Diet cut/bulk or recomp?: Well hard to describe, with the Holidays here, not bulking or cutting but Jan first will be cutting
We are looking for detailed loggers, how many times a week can you update your log? I generally update 5-6 days a week whether it is a true workout, pics or just a quick check in to let you know "day off"
What other supplements would you be running with the Ritual? Protein and BCAA (but can eliminate this if there is a conflict)
Would you be willing to leave a final review on AM, Nutraplanet and Suppreviews? Certainly!
