I've given a bunch of scoops from my own tub out to a lot of guys at the gym I go to, everyone is in love with it now lol

I use it before I spar. It's magical. Everything is on point, from the energy, focus, mood to endurance which is by FAR my favorite aspect of Ritual.
 
I'll see if I can find an exact number for you. What I can tell you is that per scoop, it isn't a high amount as compared to comparable products.
