DB Military Press: 30x10-45x5-60x5, 85x5(PR!)-70x4.5, 70x10, 70x10(right arm only got 8.5 :wtf1

DB front raises: 30x20-25x10, 30x20-25x20, 30x20-25x20(I may have done more but I couldn't think)
DB side Raises: 25x15, 25x20, 30x15-25x15
Donkey CR: 270x40, 270x50, 270x50
Workout:
Ok so today and yesterday I took Mesomorph pre-workout and I just go for hours! I didn't know what was up with right side cause I tried twice to get it up but I just failed while the left side got it with somewhat of an ease. Anything today was my last day of on Blue Gene :17: and I made one last PR :woohoo: (85x5) and I'm really happy about that.
Cardio:
I did 30 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning.
Side Notes:
My trapes were sore like a mother ****er, cause I hit them Thursday, and that affected my workout by a lot! If they weren't as sore I could have lifted probably some what more but lesson learned.
