HAHA yeah for real, but thats part of the messed up part they changed it from going to be in stock march 23rd to currently in stock lol and never sent mine!
 
well i got in touch with a dude at fit one today and he got my stuff together guess they didnt have any of the box kits so having to send the products seperate, and said he'd hook me up with some stuff so that's cool. Now as long as its here within the next 8 days I'll still be good to keep my cycle rolling..
 
I'm glad things are looking like they are gonna work out. Now back to the weights!!!!!

Was just a good stabalization ball ab routine and some good meat eating for today! It's been 2 weeks since my last photo uploads, so here's my 4 week progress pics.

hoping in the next 2 weeks to have the bit of love handles gone and to define the abs up a little more, I think my back shot will look pretty good minus the love handles lol. I think my biceps always look so small in my front and back pose pics, I guess its just where my shoulders decided to grow a little faster than my arms.

Mine are the same way, but they measure 16 in. I wish they where allot bigger. I really want to hit that 17 in mark.
 
yah i been in the 17s for a while been trying for the 18 havent measured in a while i think i'd be over it now if i measured pumped. my body pumps extremely well i feel like i look twice the size in the mirror during my workouts lol, that's when i should start taking my pics but i think i'd feel kinda homo taking pics of myself in the gym lol.
 
you can def see more cut in the mid area!! great work bro!!! I'm with Dragon on the arms deal. I am around 17" myself, but with these long arms it just doesn't reflect well in pics!!! I hate it when I curl 55lb DBs for 2-3 sets of 10 and a smaller guy does 35's and his compact muscles look bigger... just gives me more motivation
 
I'm expecting a pretty big change in definition over the next few weeks, I'm dropping lbs at a steady pace and doesnt seem to be any or much muscle. I ordered the get up and go stack (OEP and Alpha-T2) which should be in tomorrow, so should be bye bye to the extra weight even faster. Gonna put natadrol to the test see if it will keep the strength coming at an even more increased weight loss speed.

are you using 1 or 2 DBs for the tricep extension???
 
2, use the hexy shaped ones and get the edges lined up and push them up kinda like using one of the hammer curl bars that my old gym had.
 
then holy crap those are great numbers!!! are you incline or sitting up??? When I do them, I go just to the back of the head on an incline bench. Its hard keeping that high of weight stabilized.
 
i sit up and go behind the head, never tried the incline way might have to see how that feels. Not sure if it could feel any better tho i really like doing em this way lol.
 
I like the sitting up way with one DB. with your strength you could hit over 100 easy. I just like the control better. Incline with 2 hits more of the outer head and sitting more of the inner. Give it w whirl and let me know what you think

Day 29

Just another ab day. Was a good day though, my natabolic stack and my oep/alpha t-2 all came in today. Got to get in 1 cap each of the oep and alpha before work, I definately was feeling more thermal today, was sweating with very little activity. Also got a dose of GHenerate in, cant wait to get my 2nd dose in before bed and see how well i sleep.

So my supp stack is looking like this now:

08:30 Pre-WO: 1 scoop each universal storm/shock therapy, 1 cap each OEP/Alpha T-2, 8 sprays LG GHenerate, 3 caps LG natadrol, LG NO Infuse 2 sprays on each shoulder, bicep, tricep
10:15 Post-WO: 2 scoops ON whey
12:00 3 caps natadrol
14:30 1 cap OEP and alpha t-2
16:00 2 caps natadrol
22:00 2 scoops ON nitro core 24, 8 sprays LG GHenerate

actually I woke up 30 mins earlier than I had my alarm set for, but felt good and was up and at it. Also I didnt wake up any through the night I usually get up atleast once to relieve myself of the abundance of water taking in throughout the day.

Day 31

Just finished my ab workout, was definately feeling hot and sweating a bit more than normal. Nothing too special planned for today will proabably do some low-intense cardio a bit later. Doing my first full day carb up today, gonna eat everything I can to get it out of the house so it will stop mocking me whe I open my fridge and freezer lol.
 
just got back from wal-mart and bought the greatest shaker ever, its a body fortress all-in-one shaker, the top has 2 pill holders built on it and it has an extra little cup that screws on the bottom to hold ur powders. My wife thought I was crazy because I was so amazed by this thing lol. but it was only like 5 or 6 bucks so just thought i would share this creation by God with everyone lol.

70 mins low intense cardio this morning. spent most of the rest of the day doing the family thing. took my first day off ghenerate today been 3 days on so just taking today off then gonna run it mon-fri and sat/sun off.

No significant improvements on anything though. Weight was still the same today 201 Looking leaner by the day though.


Today 4/6

Decided to go ahead and start the t-911 and end the natadrol today, my libido has been gone the last few days, not sure what else would be causing this but I dont really feel the gains are enough to be worth having no sex drive to me atm. Also hoping to get in on one of the pink logs, really hoping to try that stuff. I'll continue to keep up with my ghenerate and t-911 progress here. The oep/a2t stack seems great, I'll post some pics up of my before and after on that too. I'll make a seperate thread on my review for that for pes to use if they wish, I think the results are going to be pretty nice! I'm actually excited about the t-911 I've read alot of good stuff about it, hopefully it gets the libido kicking pretty quick! I've still got 2 bottles of natadrol left I think I may use it stacked at a lower dose along with h-drol or something later in the year or sometime early next year as I have a superdrone-lv cycle planned for sometime this summer (really excited about trying out the lv).

My Review of Natadrol
I was able to drop 10 lbs and maintain LBM and Strength, so the stuff definately works! Seems to have some very nice recomp abilities as my body fat seemed to be dropping before I decided to make this into a recomp and actually was a big reason I decided to go ahead and begin recomping. I didnt notice any amazing increases in strength or any dramatic gains whatsoever really, so to me its kind of hard to really compare it to a PH as I've had some amazing results in PH cycles. But it definately does what it says just not as dramatically as some may have hopes for. It seems a bit underdosed as I started to feel it more once I had to up to 8 and to run a long enough cycle at 8 a day u would need at least 3 bottles which is pretty expensive. But some people have ran it 4 a day for cycles and noticed 1 lb increases a week, so maybe it just happened that once i knocked it up to 8 was same time it was really starting to kick in. If I could gain 1 lb lbm a week at 4 a day I'd definately prefer to run that, then 2 bottles would last for a full 8 week cycle= 8 lb in 2 months would definately be nice gains... If ur looking to run all natural I'd definately recommend giving natadrol a go! People that have ran PH's in the past and plan to run them in the future would probably be better off spending their money on their next cycle and getting all the proper support. It didnt really compare to the "ON" feeling of a good cycle, atleast not to me.
 
A nice independent review there. I've noticed the same thing regarding other reviews with the dosing. The 1lb LBM gain per week seems to be pretty constant whether 4 or 8 caps are being used so maybe the higher dose just increases the fat loss aspect of the product?

The diuretic aspect of Natadrol seems pretty strong so I'd be interested to see how much of the water weight you gain back in the next week.

true, it did a good job and will probably surpass what many believe a natural supp can do. The main thing that got me interested in natadrol was the claim of the strength gains it provides are only surpassed by SD, and that's what I was hoping for and didnt really notice any gains in the strength department.
