It’s mainly a chick drug, a first time cycle for someone terrified of real orals, and supposedly a joint healing drug.
The joint healing would be nice. Ill focus on that.
 
As I got to my parents and my oldest had made a bunch of Christmas cookies and I’m told Christmas Eve dinner is lasagna I’m thinking maybe I take advantage of what will obviously be a caloric surplus this time of year.... I may ditch the “healthy” thing and throw some drol or even just low dose dbol pw on the front end of this. I might just go crazy. I’m not sure

I mean you can do a surplus and not take more gear. The food is the biggest driver of bulking, not the hormones. Or just toss 10mg Dbol preWO or something that will add some fun but not kill appetite early on.

Stop using your logic to convince me to not use more drugs. Everybody knows more drugs equals more muscles. It’s math. And science.

Ok I’m breaking the stash back out. I may be swapping stenbolone on the front since I don’t have the dhb in yet. It’s an acetate. Makes more sense on the front end anyway in my head. I will definitely be trying the dhb during this cycle. We will just see when. Stand by for further
 
Ok change of direction.

Week 1-3
Superdrol 10mg/day. I will not exceed this. I’ve never used it. I wanna play it safe.

Week 1-6/8
EQ- 600mg/wk
ATIPP- 300mg/wk
Stenbolone- 300mg/wk

The EQ is dosed at 400mg/ml
The Test a, iso, pp is 300mg/ml
The Sten is 100mg/ml

I will dose MWF for the oils.
I will continue SR9011 for the time being to help endurance and lipids. Also taking a slew of other support supplements for liver, kidney, lipids, etc. I’m going to start with no AI although I know I’ll need one eventually. Once I do I’ll start dosing aromasin low and adjust fire as needed. I start tomorrow. After the 6-8 weeks I’ll see how I’m feeling and go from there. Let’s get after it.

I figured being conservative with a harsh oral would be good. I’ve never used it. I know how msten treats me and I’m assuming this will be a bit harsher. If not then great.

7-9 days I believe. Many people I’ve spoken to think it is the best ester overall tho. They claim the good sexual sides are strong. I have never gotten an answer why. I haven’t tried it solo but I do love this blend. Let me know how you like it.

On a serious side, @Hyde is right food is more anabolic than aas themselves i would just stick to the schedule perhaps increase the volume of your training, like considerably lol.

Pinning high dose gh and high dose insulin (as high as safely possible) would be the closest you would get to maximizing the sudden extra caloric intake.

Other than that tren probably lol.

Weighed in at 217 today. I’ll use that as my starting weight. I don’t care too much about the number but it’s a measurable metric so it is what is it. Had a good push workout today.

Yeah there’s a difference between having a loose surplus diet where you eat freely a couple times a week on top of your structured nutrition as life opportunities appear with fam & friends (ie, a proper off-season diet), and baking lasagna and cookies at home as your regular nutrition.

I remember being kinda stuck around 203-207 for a while years and years ago. Finally I got my hands on some M1T and a bunch of bottles of boldione and just started eating 2 frozen pot pies every night on top of all my other meals. I shot up to like 217

homemade lasagna is definately worthy of a caloric surplus, imo.
 
Just to throw this out there for planning purposes. I have in the stash stenbolone, tri tren, trest, deca, npp, mast, test, adrol, dbol, sdrol, var, M1a, Tbol, proviron, 3AD...I think that covers it.

Oh I have been using injectable Sr 9011 I’ve been using. I have some 9009 too. I’ve been using gh at 2iu a day also. I’ve been taking cardarine to help lipids too.

I haven’t noticed any “feeling” from it at all. To be fair I don’t get much feeling if any from any AAS.

Day6 of TLB @15mg and nothing bad to say since adding it in. Been having more sexual dreams last couple nights, but I will put that on the “upsides” list!

my view on nutrition on cycle has recently changed....

I was always clean AF on or off cycle and that worked fine but on anadrol my appetite is dead and my weight wasn’t going up as I couldn’t force enough clean calories in. Main issue is that I’ve started this cycle at a lean 220 rather than a lean 205 like before (so my calorie requirements are higher from the off as well)

so now I’m still hitting my protein and micronutrients through my baseline diet as normal but I’m letting the extra come from anywhere (especially post workout)

ultimately a calorie is a calorie in many ways, it’s only when we start to look at things like inflammatory impacts of processed crap that we need to potentially limit the crap. That’s easy to avoid with calorie dense foods high in good fats etc (stuff we might normally limit).

but personally I’m just gonna embrace Xmas, lift heavy and consistently and I think you’ll not do any damage imo
 
Weighed 219 today. Had crazy pumps during my pull workout. Today is week two day one of the SD I think
 
I don’t know if it could be the SD already but I have felt like absolute garbage the last couple days. I started some IM glutathione to see if it would help.
 
If I wake up still feeling like this I’m dropping the SD. I can’t grow if I can’t work out and can’t eat. I want to feel better but I almost hope this isn’t the cause bc I have a bunch of SD sitting around.

I too have a bunch locked away and am planning on just 10mg the next time I’m feelin froggy. Last time I ran it my appetite was crushed and it made me feel like dog sh!t, but that was at 20mg. Are you taking 10mg at once or are you splitting the dose?

Dang, that sucks. I’m hoping mine split well. Although I’d probably just shotgun half of the powdery remains anyway. Well hopefully you start feeling better. The potential SD brings to the table make it tough to abandon, but like you said, not worth it if you can’t eat and feel like death.
 
Alright so I skipped the SD today. I felt like absolute death all day and really didn’t eat. I got a little nap in before getting the kids and heading for Christmas Eve dinner and while I don’t feel amazing I feel waaaaaaaay better right now. Lasagna, wine, and Christmas cookies ftw. What I will say tho is that I am still in a FOUL mood. Which really sucks as I’m trying to enjoy the holiday with my family

I’m trying man. Last night was non stop nightmares and waking up after every one. My younger daughters mom is being a cunt. It’s just hard sometimes
 
Another night of insomnia followed by nightmares and constantly waking up. So needless to say I woke up tired. That notwithstanding I did wake up in a better mood I would say.

I did have a bit of a rough morning tho. I nicked a vein doing my shot and had a coughing fit to the point of dry heaving. I’ve only had a cough like that one maybe two times and it was from tren, and it wasn’t as intense. I also noticed this morning while taking my supplements and medication that I never put my Paxil in my daily pill thing. So I accidentally cold turkeyed Paxil which is both dangerous and miserable. This explains quite a bit of how I have been feeling. That mixed with SD must have just been too much for me. Needless to say I did take it this morning. I’m feeling a little more optimistic right now having figured that out.
 
Still been nauseous all day. I’m going to start eliminating anything that is new in my daily intake to see what the deal is. SR9011, cytomel, nattokinase, ashgwanda, come to mind as the newer things I have begun. This sucks. Of course I could just be sick and it’s unrelated to any of that

The timeline is exactly when I start getting dragged down by most strong orals like DMZ. Day 8-10, I am looking at eating junk & shakes just to force the macros in, and general lethargy, bp increase, etc all begins becoming apparent.
 
Finishing up a push workout today. Took 10mg dbol as a pre workout. Still keeping the weights lighter but I got a great pump today. 217 lbs again but looking slightly leaner.
 
So I have been feeling kinda sub par still lately and lethargic as well. I am gonna drop the SR9011 to see how I feel off that. I’m also going to switch my gh dose to evening time which I’ve never tried before. I’m going to start 3iu tomorrow night. I was down to 216 the other day when I weighed in.
