Liver PROTECTION IS A "MUST". Ok..looks like this product is getting slammed in some of the forums, mostly ignorant remarks from people that are still sucking on breastmilk all day....The product is , the dosages PER CAPSULES are VERY LOW and you SHOULD NOT EXCEED 3 Caps per day.
The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day if you're in the 150-220 Lbs range, if you're over 220..you can consider taking 3 caps a day.
1 Capsule in the AM. 1 Capsule MIDDAY or after a PM workout. The third capsule can be taken prior to bed.
