CBD does nothing for me for sleep, however it puts my daughter out for about 12 hours, so I would say it all depends ???

I tried up to 4x dose of two different CBD products and didn’t notice a dang thing. Knocks my girlfriend out though, she doesn’t like sleeping without it now. Weird how that works.
