I sadly can't answer that with any amount of certainty. Mostly because I have no experience with CBD other than that found naturally inside the flower of cannabis.

CBD does nothing for me for sleep, however it puts my daughter out for about 12 hours, so I would say it all depends ???

I tried up to 4x dose of two different CBD products and didn’t notice a dang thing. Knocks my girlfriend out though, she doesn’t like sleeping without it now. Weird how that works.
