this is the first stak I have ever taken, and it might be my last....
It did absolutely nothing, I felt no different, didn't feel stronger, no extra energy....nothing I am so disappointed, waste of money

Anything out there that might actually promise me something?
 
how was your diet when you were taking it. supplements aren't magic pills and don't do anything if your diet isn't in check. like they say "supplements are just that supplements they only supplement your diet". get a good bulking diet lift some heavy weights then you might wanna try it again as i have heard nothing but good reviews about Stak.
 
You can ask a mod to move this to the Animal forum, and you should be able to get some better help there from their reps. Let us know what your diet and training was like; its possible you just weren't eating enough to gain.

x3 what these guys said. I would question diet and rest when something like this is reported as most report quite the opposite experience with this product. Me included. Also a factor could be age? If you are really young and in your maximum growth stage at this time a product like this can still help if diet and rest are in check but it wont do near as much for you as someone who is done growing and looking to get back a little bit of that teenage spunk they had before.

Give us some feedback on what your diet and rest cycles are like as well as your age if you care to divulge and we can hopefully shed some light on this for you.

I am 20 years old, 132 pounds... I know I'm very light but I am pretty fit I've been working out prettty good for the last few years I take fishoils, aminos, protein, creatine... the basics

This was my first stak, my sleeping is fine I get plennnty of sleep

Diet on the other hand, is not great but is not terrible, I've been slacking a lil bit because I havent been getting many hours at work, not as much money, but I've still been getting in around 2000, should be getting in 3000, could that be the difference?

Or am I at an age still where I cant really get any extra boosts??

And I know theres no magic pills, I work my ass off, was hopen for maybe a little help...Got none though,

At your age you may not see a lot from Animal Stak. Older guys seem to respond much better. At your age your body is producing a lot of natural test on it's own.

Your diet will make a huge difference, if you should be getting in 3,000 cals and you are missing that mark by 1,000 that could very well be holding you back from making gains.

For sure what ng said here. I would venture to guess your diet is the main culprit here. I would discontinue the use of any Test boosters at your age. You are at the perfect age to hit the weights and grow right now. My advice would be to try to get your diet in check. Get your cals up to the 3000 mark or where ever they should be for your body weight and keep the cals clean. making the most of them from proteins. Try to make the majority of your carb intake from complex carbs like oats and whole grains and include lots of fruits and vegatables with that as well.

If you are not using a good multi vitamin or EFA product I would recommend adding those rather than the Test booster. Animal Pak will cover you for any lacks in your diet if you are eating right and make sure you are getting every thing you need in the vitamin and mineral area. Animal Omega is another solid product that people your age can do well with. It's the best of all angles EFA related. That should be all you really need outside of fixing up your diet to what it needs to be for you to make gains.

Some Creatine wouldn't hurt for post workout. There are a lot of supplements that can help you pack on muscle but your bases must be covered first before they can help "supplement" what you are already doing.

Sounds to me like you have the drive to do big things my man.

I m sticking with basics now, I am sticking with Glutamine pills, omegas, amino 3000, and oneaday...Along with creatine, and some weightgainer powder, 250 cals in each scoop along with 8g protein, good for maken shakes....i'm done with staks till I can get my diet in track, and boost my weight up ,which if I do th that would mean my diet is getting better so maybe then I'll try a stak again...Thanks for the posts guys
