hey i just bought this I have no idea what i just bought i thought it was just a multi vitamin then i read so reviews and people said they gained muscle on it im confused is this a multivitamin or a mass gaining supp thanks sorry if this is a dumb q

i believe it has some aminos in it but you wont gain mass. Its just a multi and a pricey one at that

are you sure it wasn't animal "stak" that the reviews you read were for? yes animal pak is just a multi with some aminos and extras added but nothing that will increase mass, they made an animal stack that was a ph, and the make animal stak 2 which is a test booster which may cause mass gains in people i think maybe u just didn't notice the name differences

Vitilizer is better than that for a multi.

I just take now adam. I tried animal pak years ago, but damn, that's a lot of pills. I still take between 5 and 20 a day depending on what supps I use, I dont need half of those to be just a multi.
