The Workout: Off Day and Pull Day
-Yesterday was a much needed off day. I was literally running on fumes from lack of sleep and insane amounts of school work. Got to rest up, recovery, eat, and get more sleep. :cool:
-Weighed in yesterday at: 218 (+ 1 lb)
-Measured my waist yesterday: ~35.6 (- 0.4) I realize this can be affected by many factors, like what was eaten the night before, water, etc...but I am 100% positive it has gone down since last time I checked. My belt fits better for instance.

-Deadlifts: 2 warmup sets; 1x8 (405) I went up by 20 lbs here as opposed to last week... and I didn't do as much warm up as I should have imo...either way it felt good to get these for 8... I think next time I should do the bathroom pre workout if ya catch my drift. :o

-BO BB Rows: 3x10-14 (155; 185; 185 DROPSET 135) I kept parallel to the floor the entire time, deadlifted them up...focused on just rowing my ass off and could feel my back expanding. If I couldn't get more than 10 reps with the weight then I did an immediate dropset for as many as possible.

-EZ Bar Curls: 3x10-14 (85; 95; 95 dropset 85) Assuming bar is 25 lbs...my bis were tighter than hell and had a great stretch during these.

-Hammer Curls: 4x10-14 (40s; 40s; 45s; 45s) My bis/forearms were on FIRE!

-Lat Pulldowns: 5x14-16 I slowed these down to really focus on just pulling with my lats and expanding my lats...did 3 sets reverse close grip and the other 2 close grip...oh man my lats are gonna be fried!

-Cable Crunches:3x15 (left, right, middle...kept my abs contracted the whole time)
*SUPERSET*
-Leg Raises: 3x15 (I laid on a bench and used the pegs to hold onto while raising my legs... these are a mofo!)

Impressions:
-I feel a lot better than I did yesterday with all the extra sleep and recovery from the off day. I ate around 2.5 chicken breasts for dinner last night! :eek:
-I am running low on protein powder... gonna order some more
-Still sweating my ass off throughout the workouts and feeling as if my body temp has been raised...I am always hot/sweating haha
-Everything seems to be in check and working great. I feel good and still have the Alpha sensations.
-I feel stronger and my mind/muscle connection has increased what seems like ten fold as of today.
-Very focused session.

Thanks HG. I got more rest coming tomorrow and then some mega sessions this weekend. I should hopefully have my law review article completed as well... well the first draft anyway :eek:

-Had a big off day due to driving up to WV the next day (31).
-Trained Arms with Broc, Enforcer, and Big C at Worlds Gym in WV. Bad ass session. Day 31's workout.
-Standing BB Curls: Warmups; 95x15; 105x10; 115x6; 105x10; 75x12 dropped to 65x12

-Seated DB Curls: 4x10

-Standing Close Grips EZ Bar Curls: 3x10

-Alternating Arm Machine Curls: 3x10

-V-Bar Press Downs: 1 x 15; 4 x 10,10,10, 8 dropped x 10 (Big Timing on these)

-DB Extensions: 3 x 10

-Seated Machine Press Downs: 3 x 10, double drop on last set (Thanks for the pain!)

-Seated BB Wrist curls: 3 x 20

-Standing DB Wrist curls: 3 x 20

-Day 32's Workout
-Seated DB Press: 50's x 25, 80's x 15, 95s x 12; 105's x 7, 95s x 10; 95s x 10

-Standing DB See-Saw Press (start with both DB's pressed, then keep one arm extended and lower the other side and then press, then keep that arm you just pressed extended and then press the other side, and then repeat): 3 x 10

-Standing DB Side Laterals: 4 x 10

-Standing DB Front Raises: 4 x 10, 10, 8, 8

-Seated Reverse Pec Deck Flyes: 4 x 12, 12, 10, 10

-Bent Over DB Side Laterals: 3 x 10

-DB Shrugs: 3 x 10


Impressions:
-I can't even put this weekend into words. I got to lift with the 4 horsemen as I call 'em (myself, Enforcer, Broc, and Big C).
-Had a bad ass time just bullshitting and enjoying the life this weekend with everyone.
-Saturday I ate 4 steaks; prob around 8 eggs; 3 cups of cottage cheese.
-Saw the show, was actually my first show watching, and enjoyed it. Definitely gotta give props to my boy Shaff he did his thing.
-Sunday ate more food and lifted at the ABC event. Met a lot of good guys and just had a bad ass session in a great hardcore style gym.
-I upped the dosage on the Natural Sterol.
-Also starting M-Stak tomorrow as well.
-Just continuing to grow.
-House told me I have put on a lot of muscle and size since the last time he saw me. He said it was overwhelming and was the first thing he noticed he was like holy ish... :afro:

The Workout: Wheels/Abs
-Leg Press: 2 warmup sets; 1x7 (670) *PR* ...Didn't get my 10 here but I should have warmed up more instead of jumping from 500 to just 670 haha... felt heavy but good though if that makes sense.

-Smith Machine Squats: 3x20 (225) I wanted to do BB squats but some choad monkey was hogging the power rack. I opted for the smith machine that hasn't been greased in forever just for the extra kick in the ass haha. Did all these ATG and they hurt with my legs out a lil bit further in front of me.

-Ham Curls: 4x20 A solid ass stretch and burn...went up in the weights each set

-Standing BB Calve Raises: 4x15 (365) I performed these slower and more controlled...did pauses at the bottom and top of the movement and various toe positions.

-Leg Extensions: 5x15 (Did all 5 sets, one after the other with 30 seconds maximum rest inbetween 'em.) Insane pain and blood flow. I went heavier than I have gone on these.

-Lying Leg Raises:3x15

-Ab Crunch Machine: 3x15


Impressions:
-My abs feel tight as hell...
-My legs are DONE! I could have puked during the leg extensions... I was worn out like a mofo.
-Started the M Stak today as well... Also started Animal Pump pre workout again as my Super Pump ran out last week. I am ordering up some protein here as well as I have demolished my 10 lb bucket.
-A great leg day that was much needed.

Universal already has a ZMA type supp you take at night time but I would be down for some more night time supps haha... The way you described it, it sounds like nyquil with test boosters and re-engerizers ahaha good stuff.

The Workout: Chest/Tris/Forearms
-Flat Bench BB: 2 warmup sets; 1x10 (270) *PR* I barely got all 10 here. Felt really good...

-BB Incline: 3x8 (205; 225; 225) Our incline bench is somehow broken and won't adjust...sucked ass being stuck at the very bottom of the seat and not being able to adjust it.

-Rope Pushdowns: 3x14 (90; 90; 100) Really concentrated on my tris here and they were burning by the end of these.

-CGBP: 4x10-14 (195; 195; 185; 185) I felt super weak on these, partly doing them after everything else in my opinion. Wasn't happy with the numbers by any means. Was lucky to get 10 on some of these.

-Incline Cable Flys: 5x14 (Did all 5 sets, one after the other with 30 seconds maximum rest inbetween 'em.) I have decided I am never doing these again...partly because I feel my biceps are being recruited too much during these especially when I am fatigued. I will be doing these either standing straight up or with a decline bench from now on.

-Seated Wrist Curls: 3x20

-Standing DB Wrist Curls: 3x20


Impressions:
-My forearms were tighter than hell at the end... I am hoping to get some good growth in these bad boys
-Chest felt sore and tight...
-Was kinda pissed about CGBP but there is always next time.
-I am still not decided about this push, pull, legs routine yet but it is still early. I do know my strength has gone up. Hence all the recent PRs.
-Still haven't really noticed any sides... I have noticed slight increased acne but nothing really outrageous.
-Libido is still running rampant and I still feel alpha. What's sad is I only have a few more days of this stuff left then letting M Stak run its course.

I have used universal's Zma quite a few times,there really isn't another zma type supplement that I will use besides one or two others.

My CGBP varies too bro, not sure what that's all about? My flat bench is the same way. Other things are more consistent for me. Hella good numbers all around there though bro. You have to still be sore from that ABC too ;)

and those rope pushdowns pre-fatigued your tri's even further.

as long as you "felt" those reps, they were good ones, imo. :hammer:

Nah I am really sore from the ABC. I think exhausting myself before doing the CGBP really played a part in it. For example the heavy benching and the rope pushdowns. I still feel it in my tris though. Thanks HG

Thanks Joe. Yeah I figured the killing everything else played a big part. I definitely felt the reps as they were painful and yeah I agree good ones. Thanks for the feedback and support Joe. Can't wait to see all yall at the Arnold.

doing alright. ready to hit it hard the next 2 days. im still waiting for some supps i paid for from a board member here....starting to worry its taking forever. Good think i got some of these MST samples to play with. (im saving the somnidren :lol:) id like to get a torrent sample but last i checked it wasnt up on the Universal site.

The Workout: Off Day and Pull Day
-Had a much needed off day yesterday. Got a lot of **** done and just rested/ate up.

Here is Day 37's workout.
-Deadlifts: 2 warmup sets; 1x10 (405) *PR* I warmed up a lot better this time...sunk the ass and just pulled it off the floor. Got to 7 reps and was like holy **** this is heavy...did the 8th rep while thinking you did this **** last week...Was worn out and thought bout A Rep and Hoomgar and everyone else that motivated the piss out of me and I popped the 9th rep as my legs were slightly shaking...Then I thought about my show next fall and how someone out there was finishing their set of deads... so I went down and popped the 10th rep and locked it out nice and slow. Hell yeah. Was pumped like CRAZY.

-BO BB Rows: 3x10-14 (185; 185; 135) Kept parallel to the floor and rowed. After doing 2 sets with 185 I wanted to slow down the motion and pause at the contractions w/ 135. Felt good.

-EZ Bar Curls: 3x10-14 (95; 95; 95) Assuming bar is 25 lbs...insane. Saw some thick rope veins running through my arms.

-Hammer Curls: 4x10-14 (45; 50; 50; 50) My bis and forearms were very pumped during these. All I could do to get 12 reps. Arms looked very thick during these and I upped the weight from last time.

-Lat Pulldowns: 5x14-16 (I did these as 5 continuous sets with 30 second rest in between each set) 3 sets with wide ass grip and 2 sets with reverse in close grip. Lats were burning here.

-Machine Ab Crunches: 3x15

-Bench Leg Raises: 3x15

STRETCHED and laid in the sauna for about 10 mins.

Impressions:
-Libido is waaaaay up and I feel super alpha/confident.
-Strength is going up each time I step foot in that gym. I really feel like I could just walk through walls.
-I noticed today after lifting I had slight acne on my back. Nothing bad...I do sweat my ass off in there.
-During the workouts I feel like my body temp is so high as I am sweating non stop.
-After doing the deads I could have collapsed!
-Gonna take a nap later today, eat some venison and just GROW.

The Workout: Days 39 & 40 = OFF; 41 = Chest/Tris/Delts/Abs
-Flat Bench BB: 2 warmup sets; 1x8 (275) I could have squeezed at 9 but I opted to just get the 8 solid reps and get motivation for next week. Didn't feel that strong here but still got it done.

-DB Incline: 3x10-14 (80s; 90s; 90s) I destroyed the 80s so easily I just stayed at the 90s. Did a long ass set of negatives after the 3rd set. Felt goood.

-DB Raises: 3x14 For one set I did side raises; Next set was front raises; next set was bent over raises..felt good

-Incline E-Z Bar Skull Crushers: 3x10-14 (95; 125) Assuming bar = 25 lbs; These didn't feel bad... the skulls felt heavy on that 3rd set though..I opted out of doing a 4th set here and instead did BW Dips till failure. I got around 20 dips.

-Standing Cable Flys: 5x14 (Did all 5 sets, one after the other with 30 seconds maximum rest inbetween 'em.) I tried another variation of these just standing up and doing the cable flys without leaning forward. Had a great chest pump and they all felt good.

-Cable Crunches: 3x15 (a set includes left, right, middle)

-Bench Leg Raises: 3x15 ... it is so hard to sit back up after these...


Impressions:
-I looked back and my dumb ass miss counted some days about 2 pages back... I counted one day twice so there fore I am really on day 41 as of today...damn that means one more day of test/stak combo. Oh well its been a damn good run.
-Much needed rest... I spent the weekend finalizing my law review article and watching the panthers blow a big game. But I did see my Deacs and Dawgs pull in some impressive victories. Hung out the family and all that good stuff...ate like a champ and slept in till noon yesterday :eek: I got up and was pissed I had missed the opportunity for so many meals haha.
-Should have more free time this week now that, that damn article's done.
-My bench didn't feel strong today but I knocked out the reps regardless... I am starting to just feel unstoppable
-Slight increased back acne... nothing uncontrollable though and not really noticeable.
-Still feeling alpha and still moderately high libido
-I am having great sleep and feel more refreshed.
-Muscle soreness is definitely increased and I feel like my body temp is on the rise at all times as well. I am always sweating...
-I have determined I need to build a shelf of an upper chest.

Yeah I was a little disturbed at having only one pack of test/stak left... then I went back and read through and saw where I doubled a day haha... oh well. Thanks for the support HG.
 
happens to me from time to time to with losing track of days.I just tell myself im living life,lol.Either way looking good as always! keep it up my man! :bruce3:

The Workout: OFF (not by choice damn it) & Wheelz
-Yesterday as I am sure you noticed, I was MIA...and it was also my last day of test/stak. I didn't want to take an off day but unfortunately fate had a different game plan. I had a last minute make up class for Sports Law at 8 AM yesterday therefore killing my chances of getting to school and working out. I had class from 8 AM to 8 PM...there all damn day. Regardless, I had to take an off day with my last day of test/stak...not the way I wanted to end it but its M Stak from here on out.
-Leg Press: 2 warmup sets; 1x10 (670) *PR* ...Last time I only got 7 with these, got all 10...moving up next week. Feels good to get almost 8 pps.

-BB Squats: 3x30 (185) Yes, I did three brutal sets of 30 here. I lowered the weight and just decided to blow up some reps with these. My quads were done almost immediately.

-Ham Curls: 4x20 Went heavier than last time and it was hard to get all 4 sets...deep burn/stretch

-Leg Extensions: 5x15 (Did all 5 sets, one after the other with 30 seconds maximum rest inbetween 'em.) Upped the weight on these as well and could barely finish the last set...the blood flow is just incredible...I got off and my legs about gave out.

-Leg Press Calve Raises: 4x20 (400) I wanted to do standing bb calve raises but everyone and their momma wanted to hog the power racks and even smith machine. You know when I don't want to use that stuff, no one touches it. Still got it done with these.

-Bench Leg Raises:3x15

-Ab Crunch Machine: 3x15


Impressions:
-Did very slow and controlled, constant tension reps on the abs...
-I seriously about puked during the squats and during the leg extensions...my stomach's still uneasy now...
-Pre: M-Stak/Pump/Nitro/Natural Sterol ; During: Intra aid; Post: Torrent/Nitro
-First time trying Intra Aid... it is delicious in flavor...I will play around with the water tomorrow but it was a nice treat to have inbetween sets.
-My legs just felt like they were rooted in the ground...they feel so heavy to move...
 
Evaulating Test/Stak

Weight: ~220 (I say around...because it fluctuated b/t 219 and 220 for the longest time)

I weighed myself this morning to see a rough estimate of total gain from Test/Stak. I started off 42 days ago at 216. I put on ~ 4 lbs I would say somewhere b/t 3.5 and 4 lbs to be exact. Definitely can't argue with this.

Old PRs (These are my 1 rep maxes from 42 days ago)
-Bench: 320 (Start) ; Last chest day I did 275 for 8 (estimated 1 rep max "according to those calculators" = 341) + ~20 lbs

-Squat: ~ low 500s (start) ; Unfortunately due to a knee tweaking...I won't be doing super heavy anytime soon...Just been doing a lot more reps...it's all about lifting smart.

-Deadlift: 455 (start) ; Last pull day did 405 for 10... (Estimated 1 rep max "according to those calculators" = 540) +~ 90 lbs



*Just a side note, I never count 1 rep maxes from calculators. I have to do the rep before I count them, but was just putting these up to show you round a bout figures of what's up.*
