I changed my diet up a lot compared to before. Now i try to limit as much unsaturated fat as possible and am probably getting about 100 grams of protein. I weight around 155 lbs and am around 5'7.5ish. I also started doing cardio for about 30-45 min before I start lifting now and I think it is definetely helping. Using cytosport muscle milk right now, and on my second bottle, but haven't seen much improvements in getting cut, so that is why I wanted to start something to start cutting better. Know if I should change up the protein or anything else in what I do?
