Animal Cut

I was thinking about starting universal animal cut. This is going to be my first time trying to cut so any reviews or comments would be sweet.

it's ok, but try to manipulate your diet and cardio first
then when it's real difficult to keep progressing, add it in

I changed my diet up a lot compared to before. Now i try to limit as much unsaturated fat as possible and am probably getting about 100 grams of protein. I weight around 155 lbs and am around 5'7.5ish. I also started doing cardio for about 30-45 min before I start lifting now and I think it is definetely helping. Using cytosport muscle milk right now, and on my second bottle, but haven't seen much improvements in getting cut, so that is why I wanted to start something to start cutting better. Know if I should change up the protein or anything else in what I do?

The muscle milk isn't going to help you improve in losing fat. I know it says some things about lean lipids or something like that, but it's just marketing. Treat it like you would any other food source, it's an addition of calories, and a surplus of calories is what will cause a trend of fat storage.

I would recommend changing your protein intake to be closer to 200-225 grams of protein, and where you add that in take most calories from carbs and then a little fat if necessary to keep some carb intake. If the carb intake gets below or around 100g, you will probably want to have a day or two every week where you eat more carbs that day.

What kind of cardio are you doing? And how often is your training/cardio? I would change it so you do your weight training first, then get on to cardio for 20-30 minutes (you can increase the length if you are training only 3 or fewer times per week) at a moderate pace, something like with a heart rate of around 130-140 bpm.

For cardio I usually just play hockey for about 30-60 minutes before I lift. What do you think I should change my protein to if I want to actually get really cut. Think I should start any other supplements like the animal cut and stuff?

Nah, you don't need anything more special to supplement with. If this is your first time trying to cut, see how far you can get with just your diet and training first.

For your protein, you don't really have to change it to a particular kind, just make sure you are getting enough complete protein. Meat, whey or casein powders, and eggs would be what I would recommend for cutting. Not too much dairy because it might cause some water retention.
