So I decided I post up a mini review so far and add to it as time goes on if need be.
I found some stellar deals on AMv2 so I snagged 4 bottles. Figured I'd give it a go for 8 weeks. I definitely like this stuff. Pricey? it is a bit pricey. A bit point to look at is gains to sides ratio. I mean the only side I had was slight ache and being lethargic. Well I found more sleep was the answer. I feel great when I get the good old 8 hours of sleep.
I increased strength drastically, I would say some lifts up in the neighborhood of 30% maybe a bit more maybe a bit less, but it's enough to notice a pretty decent increase.
Size wise I would say roughly around 10 pounds give or take a pound of 2. I'm only 5.5 weeks in of 8 weeks. I don't want to come off. Most def going to try and keep it moving through for a full 8 weeks.
Numerous people told me "oh you've been working out, I can tell", "you look bigger", "you look like you're 235", "I see you're bulking up"......
Statements coming from people like that make you feel good! Couldn't be happier. I'll post up more details and results as they come... Going to see if I can push the needle to get closer to 200lbs, so we will see.
All this with no liver/support sups, not crazy sides, just good solid gains.
For maximum results people need to put all and eat and lift and let this take it's course; 1 other thing do 6-8 weeks, starts to get good at week 4/5.
