Title says it all: 8wk AM with a 3wk kicker of SD. Gonna do the AM @ 6 pills daily, split into three 2 pill doses per day. I am gonna take 10mg SD all the way through week 3 and will try to time it preworkout. Is there any benefit to me breaking these caps open and doing 5mg twice daily? I like that idea a lot better... :/ I'd do 5mg SD am and 5mg SD preworkout or prebed... ?
Will be running full support: one scoop cycle assist daily plus many, many herbs that I consume daily from a local garden. Things like chlorella, ashuwaganda ext., moringa, trib flowers, milk thistle seeds (LOTS!), saw palmetto ext., hawthorne berry ext., among others, just can't remember them. In addition, fish oil will be kept at ~10g daily.
I eat a lot and I eat pretty damn clean. I will not consume alcohol on the cylce. kcals will be kept around 4000 per day. I used to count kcals like crazy, so I have a great rough estimate of what's going on. I eat nonstop, and have to in order to gain weight. I hear a lot about SD love love loving some carbs, so I am going to make an effort to keep them on the high end. Lethargy is also another issue that I'm concerned about. I have ephedrine herb, but can't stand amphetamines like adderall or vyvanse. They make me now eat and that pisses me off. I'll address the issue if it arises.
Looking forward to a wild ride, guys. I have been contemplating this cycle back and forth for a good while now. My bloods came back solid, and I got all these bottles staring me down...
It's time. I am sitting at 181#... lets shoot for the moon and say #200 in the midst of the madness... I like to dream big.

I still have TREMENDOUS strength from previous cycles, but not that KILLER instinct that I so desire. Anyway, this is what I'm workin with... All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated!!! Please toss your opinion or maybe what you'd do instead. I'd love to hear a few...
