Andromass Log: 8wk AM w/ SD kicker --> osta/s4

Title says it all: 8wk AM with a 3wk kicker of SD. Gonna do the AM @ 6 pills daily, split into three 2 pill doses per day. I am gonna take 10mg SD all the way through week 3 and will try to time it preworkout. Is there any benefit to me breaking these caps open and doing 5mg twice daily? I like that idea a lot better... :/ I'd do 5mg SD am and 5mg SD preworkout or prebed... ?

Will be running full support: one scoop cycle assist daily plus many, many herbs that I consume daily from a local garden. Things like chlorella, ashuwaganda ext., moringa, trib flowers, milk thistle seeds (LOTS!), saw palmetto ext., hawthorne berry ext., among others, just can't remember them. In addition, fish oil will be kept at ~10g daily.

I eat a lot and I eat pretty damn clean. I will not consume alcohol on the cylce. kcals will be kept around 4000 per day. I used to count kcals like crazy, so I have a great rough estimate of what's going on. I eat nonstop, and have to in order to gain weight. I hear a lot about SD love love loving some carbs, so I am going to make an effort to keep them on the high end. Lethargy is also another issue that I'm concerned about. I have ephedrine herb, but can't stand amphetamines like adderall or vyvanse. They make me now eat and that pisses me off. I'll address the issue if it arises.

Looking forward to a wild ride, guys. I have been contemplating this cycle back and forth for a good while now. My bloods came back solid, and I got all these bottles staring me down... :D It's time. I am sitting at 181#... lets shoot for the moon and say #200 in the midst of the madness... I like to dream big.

Here are some pics of my very much so rested body after taking it pretty easy in the gym for the past 4 wks or so. I still have TREMENDOUS strength from previous cycles, but not that KILLER instinct that I so desire. Anyway, this is what I'm workin with... All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated!!! Please toss your opinion or maybe what you'd do instead. I'd love to hear a few...

Body type is very dense. Even just 10 lbs. you'll look freaky, but odds are you'll get much more.

Yeah, that's how my buddy described my body also: dense. Weird kinda... haha... Thanks for the encouraging words. Just took the second dose of AM. Gonna get in the gym in a few hours. SD preworkout madness!!!

I forgot to add a big thanks for getting and posting pre-cycle bloods.

Believe it or not, I'm as interested as you are, buddy. You're welcome, though - happy to help. When I get home from the gym I am going to list all the herbs and extracts I take. I feel it may help a few people. And not to take anything away from any company, but I got pretty good at taking in a bottle of X and ripping apart each ingredient, finding it at my shop and basically compiling these herbs together to make a pseudo bottle of X. I will tell you that green stuff: chlorella and moringa are the staples.

yarrow powder (when i want to be stimulated)

Unless otherwise specified, I consume those herbs daily. They make me poop correctly for sure. ;) I can get all these herbs, in bulk, for roughly ~80 bucks from this local business. Austin is the ****!
 
I'll be making my way up there soon, but I'll probably live in Kyle since the wife will be going to TX State and I'll (hopefully) start my Doctorate at UT.
 
Its a great place to live. UT is great. Its really hard, but its great. I do a lot work there doing organic chemistry research. Keeps me good and busy. What will your PhD be in? I have one semester left at UT for an undergrad in bio/chemistry. Not sure wtf to do after... ??? lol

Update on gym: Could feel the hunger trying to come out... Prob. the SD. This is only day two and I can feel the fullness of my muscles... tightness of skin... I think its working... haha No lethargy so far... eating a TON to combat it just in case, though.

PhD will be in Ex Phys. Not 100% sure what the dissertation will be on yet, but I'm getting there.

Got some UDCA in today. Not sure how to dose this stuff? I read that as little as 2 pills per WEEK was enough? One pill Tues and one pill Fri... something like that... Is this correct?

Check out dosage for TUDCA, should be around the same.
 
I've read mixed things about it. Gonna run 750mg daily while on SD. Will probably drop it after the SD is done as I have a ton of other support already.

Update: day 5. Weight is 184 solid. I can see physical changes, muscle hardness, etc... Definitely the SD. Its just like everyone describes. You can clearly feel you're ON after 72hrs of this stuff - POWERFUL ****. Today at the gym was just funny... strength going up nicely, volume up considerably, I wanna go back after I get off work at midnight... We'll see how much calories I can stuff in me till then.

I have been feeling a bit of lethargy creeping up. It was tough to go to the gym yesterday, but it has a lot to do with how cashed my legs are from heavy squats this past Tuesday. No other sides have been noted yet. No problems sleeping. So far I have been eating as many carbs as I can stuff myself with but Lethargy was definitely noted yesterday.

Other misc. stuff: doing ~10g's liquid fish oil daily, doing a single scoop cycle support plus all the herbs listed on the first page, running dermacrine at 4 pumps a day till it runs out (1/2 bottle).

I am putting a bill aside and am going to get bloods done on day 23... ? When is best time to get bloods after SD... this will be my midcycle blood work? I am doing 21 days of SD at 10mg.
 
Usually you get bloods done halfway through to make sure you're not killing yourself lol

But because it's a short run, you might as well get the bloods after PCT to make sure you're recovered/healthy.
 
Yes. In fact, I just got off work and am probably gonna go to the gym after I eat this entire box of cereal. You really just gotta eat for it... The pump in the gym is pretty outstanding too.

Nope, no such thing imo, post SD and then post cycle bloods would be great

I thought I was on to something there. I am extremely interested to see how much the SD tears up my insides. I'm doing good with no drinking and a pretty clean diet. Off to the gym. :D
 
andromass sounds like a great first cycle, the makers claim low river stress, low chance of gyno, and minimal libido effect... are the makers right, it almost sounds too good to be true.

The product works as advertised, but you're far too young to even tbe thinking about any sort of hormonal usage.
 
Day 7 - Crusing at 180ish ***STRENGHT UP***

Did a water workout this morning with a friend. Its becoming evident that I'm ON. People are commenting. I have a shirt on ~30% of the time, so I was expecting a little bit of obvious ON look from the SD. No biggie. I just shoot the ol "steak and eggs, coach" at them. ;)

Lethargy not an issue today. Strength is up, big time. SD is no joke. When I am in the gym there is no better feeling. I did heavy back yesterday and I just kept putting on more plates. More. Plates. Endurance, volume, #'s, any way you look at it: they all are up. No other sides to report. I am going to take pictures in another week so we get a progression of what's happening to me over this ~14wk adventure.

School starts tomorrow and I just got a raise, so life is good. :D

I didn't get to lift today - had a 12 hr shift. I am off for the next three days, though, and plan to lift HEAVY. Look for updates with possible pics over the next few days. I will try to have them up Thurs.

Glad the lethargy isn't getting to you.
 
You just gotta push through it. The feeling in the gym is REALLY good motivation to get in there. It is messing with me a bit today. Got the yawns... had a LONG day yesterday, though.

I'll report back as I am heading to gym right now. Thanks for all the support guys.
 
Day 9: 185lbs ***STRENGHT UP AGAIN***

Was able to WORKING sets with 100lb dumbells. I got it for 3 sets. 1x6, 1x4, 1x2. That's a PR. This was after a few sets with 80's at 10-12 reps, too. Thoroughly impressed with the strength gains. I feel like I could go back later tonight and repeat this session too... I might, I'll let y'all know. Strength, in 9 days, is starting to get me PR's. I am gonna get back going tomorrow. I haven't done deads in 18months due to injury, but we'll see what I can pull. :D

Lethargy was noticable today, but I pushed through it. GOTTA KEEP CARBS HIGH. I've been adding straight cane sugar to different fruits just bc i feel i can't consume enough carbs. My body is in hyperdrive. SD is the king.
 
Be veery conservative on your first day back to deads. Focus on your technique (hard arch in the lumbar and big air) and keep it in the moderate weight range.

I will for sure. I don't plan on going over 225 for the time being. I injuried myself with a 365# deadlift. I had pulled 405 once before that also. I am a little obsessive about form, so I assure you I'll keep it safe.

What brand of SD are you using?

i pulled 405 with sumo, but I do traditional now. Back then my legs weren't nearly as strong as they are nowi... esp in the narrower stance, so I had to compensate a little. The traditional, I like a lot better bc when I do it correctly I can feel my spinus erectus LIGHT UP with the pump. I am EXTREMELY careful to not push it, though. I like traditional more now also bc I can have my arms kinda wide and I feel like a really taught, compact unit for pulling the weight. FIRE FROM THE HEELS. ;)
