plus 20 lbs today..... i broke down and ordered another bottle of mass today. Even with discount its really pricey, but im knocking down a lb/day and i feel good.

squidboy, whats your composition like since putting on those lbs and hows the strength gains?

I put on very little fat until this last week, where i out on a few lbs. I can still see my abs, but for the first 5 weeks My veins were scaring people, they were really intense. Legs, abs, triceps.... I had cut down to no bodyfat at all before starting. I look bigger now, and still more vascular than anyone at my gym...but less freaky in the last week. I am going to run mass for 2 more weeks at 8/day and hard at 6 for the next 4 weeks. Hopefully I can shave off the belly fat. Composition when the weight is coming on this fat is weird. I'm still low enough fat where by the end of a wicked workout the muscle is visibly tore the **** up, and some of it is simply too new to be defined....it looks like road kill stuffed into a sock. Strange, irregular but bulging. I think its worth noting that my attitude has been good. I can be a real hostile douchebag and i havent lost my temper all cycle. Haven't yelled at anyone or called someone a dick to their face, nor had any urge to. No frustration or temper issues.
Strength- did not go up much if at all for the first 3 weeks, though endurance did. Strength gains started about day 22. Kicked in hard at 4 weeks. I do chest every 4 days. Bench has gone up 5lbs every 4 days...so 20 lbs in the last 16 days....

Wow, I'm finishing up my 3rd week and still haven't weighed myself, I don't think I'm up that much though, what did you start at weight wise? Any strength gains?

Add 1 extra pizza a day to your current diet plan.
 
If one were were to do AM for 8wks at 6pills/ed would it be cool to start the first three weeks with 10mg/ed SD? I have a little dermacrine too and was going to run this at the beginning of the 8wk cycle as well. Just throwing ideas around for the next cycle around september... def wanna do AM 8wk and throw in some stuff I've had sitting around for awhile. I have some 11sterone, pmag and epi... maybe some epi and pmag at the end of the cycle to harden up? Definitely will finish it out with a low dose long run of osta into s4... PCT doesn't get any easier with sarms. PCT will include torem as serm

There's nothing wrong with a low dose of SD as a kickstart to an AM cycle. The protocol you have looks solid to me, but I wouldn't add in the P-Mag; 3 hormonal substances are enough for a 6 week cycle.
 
Werd. I was thinking the pmag was overkill too. Really looking forward to seeing what the AM can do for me. :D
I think you should run with either the SD or epi not both imo. Honestly running multiple compounds is not needed, you can make great gains off AM alone why keep adding?
 
Because I got all this stuff laying around.

A kick start with SD is something I've been wanting to try for awhile. I think I'll just do 3 weeks of SD at 10mg/ed for the start of it... then let AM works its magic after.

best thing about SD is that even 10mg will yield decent results.
 
Yeah, especially stacked with the AM. No reason to even think of pushing it higher than 10mg. Plus, I can use the bottle several times in this fashion... as a sort of initial boom to a cycle. :D

I am all for giving ample time off to get hormones in check, but am wondering if I should count sarm time as "ON" time? 1 april I started hdrol... did 6wks of that, ended 13 may... been on an osta-->s4 bridge since a few days ago. Great gains overall... do y'all count the sarms as being "ON"? bc I'd love to jump on this SD/AM thing in about 4wks, but something tells me I should give it 8wks to let everything COMPLETELY normalize... another part of me wants to get bloods, see where I am at and then make a decision based off that... What do y'all think? Also, do y'all suggest a small dose of torem after coming off of 4wks of s4?

All the fun started week 4 for me. Lifts are up 20-30%. Chest is way up, squats are way up, deads are not gaining as much...but I started ripped like 3-5% bodyfat, but tiny admittedly. 170-up to 190. I will say my only down side has been libido. I just had sex with a new girlfriend last night and I was not stoked...3/4 mast and had to fake finishing :( I ran home and ordered some cialis form RUI. ****ing bastards charged me a same day fee and over 24 hrs later still havent shipped it an express order wtf is that?. Kinda wondering if it would be prudent just for a day to eat some extra AH, and to do it early in the day...not stoked on the dilemna in the moment. I pulled it off once..but its was sketchy, i need to crush that ***** like normal if not more so.

Get bloods, only way of knowing for sure, if not then wait the 8 weeks imo
 
I'm going back and forth on whether to run Andromass or stand alone Test-E as my first cycle. Has anyone taken both? How do they compare?

I did a full 2 hour chest day today. Drank 64 oz. water w/ bcaas and took a nice slow pace. It was badass. My squats is up to 355 which is good for me, my lower back/ knees are my weak point. Hey can i get a P.P. rep to confirm or negate that TCFD would help with libido in the midst of the cycle? The 3/4 wood was a close call the first time.....another date coming up soon..

Too tough to say for individuals, but from what I've seen you're looking at anywhere from 12-20 lbs. in 4 weeks, with losing a few lbs. of water during PCT. It's all very dependent upon your diet and training.

Possibly, but I think your best bet is Sustain Alpha or a higher dose of AndroHard
