The bottle says 1-3 caps (2x/day). Like just about every other product on the planet, Im assumiung this will be under-dosed LOL

Mikeh+40 on bbdundeon had a phenomenol run with Androlean solo. He ended up getting bigger and stronger while getting leaner. Im still amazed at his gains and progress from that one run, many pr's broken too.
