Androlean 6 week cutting cycle (first cycle)

to be specific: my day typically starts at 12 with first dose. second dose at 6. third dose at 10-11...i go to sleep around 3-4.
 
Day 16
just did some abs today. When I woke up this morning the scale said 190.2. The weight is just melting off which is great, however I have been feelin ****ty lately. My body wants more food than egg whites and chicken breast haha. I made today a carb up day and had some pasta and some bread with my other meals. I feel a lot better and stronger. Great thing tomorrow is chest day!

I highly believe in regular "refeed" days when on a cut. It seems to do more for you in the long run.
 
Good workout. Question to reps: how common is shrinkage on androlean? I'm def noticing some. I already have the reservatrol and daa product for pct. That should be enough to get back to baseline from lean I assume. Would changing my dosing to 4 and 4, instead of the current 3-3-2 shut me down less or should I leave it how it is? Thanks for an answer guys

As for the dosing, yes the 4 x 2 in theory would lower suppression, because the dosing is designed to coincide with your body's natural rhythm. But to what degree of a difference it would make at this point would be hard to say.

Yea I'm gonna have to agree. I've learnt so much on this cut and with this first cycle. I'm gonna throw in the carb up day when i feel I need too. It's keepin me hitting PRs every workout while being the lightest weight I've been since 2010 :D

I figured this much. The constant stream of androgens is prob givin a little bit of an edge im sure bc so far everything is goin great...and I believe I may be prone to that specific side. It's hard to say for sure but I've noticed fluctuation in sizes even before using a hormone. Meh, as long as they come back fine then i guess it really doesnt matter. Thanks for the help man.

Id really like to lose another steady 3-5 pounds in the next 3 weeks whie maintaing the strength like I have. I'm also curious how V3 androlean would compare. Something tells me this will be a mainstay for my future cutting :D

I dont really think this stuff does anything at all...I just bought it on sale to try it and thought it did nothing, but who knows. It also says it needs "a mild PCT" (lol) so thats why I'm just gonna finish it up in the last two weeks of this cycle and get whatever drop I can get out of it.

Going to the Dr and I have 2 finals tomorrow, so it looks like legs will be happening on Tuesday...

yea I used the first bottle and stopped before without any PCT at all, let alone the fact that I didnt see any difference while using it. It makes me think the whole company is bull**** to be honest. That's BAD marketing.
 
today I just havent been feelin too great. Woke up really early, didnt eat much, just overall not a high energy type of day. another pound down tho, 189 exactly. I notice when I dont feel too great about working out i make up some excuse not to do squats ugh i gotta stop listening to myself.

I think this cutting thing is catching up to me, i feel more taxed than I would on a bulk (even with hormonal help) I guess that is to be expected though. About 15(?) days left and then I plan on stayin at a maintenance diet for a few weeks in PCT.

steady 189 this morning. I found this sample I had laying around of Astravar...took 2 caps before my preworkout drink. This stuff claims to enhance most sports supplements which is kinda interesting. I def felt more pumped and full than I have been so it def did have noticeable effects.

Back day! Took two scoops of white flood today...holy ****. It was more than i expected. I felt in the zone but totally clear. All I was thinking the way to the gym was a Deadlift PR. I wanted to hit the dreaded 365 that I've tried and could never budge off the ground...until now!

Hey thanks, bro. I tried 365 over the summer like 2 or 3 times and couldnt budge it off the floor! nothing makes you feel more powerful than hittin a PR on deadlifts ;-)

Side note, since i started taking the natadrol I have been breaking out, which leads me to believe that maybe it is doing something...i also feel like my muscle bellies are fuller than they were before as well.Mayb this product really shines on a cut...probably too soon to tell but ill keep you all updated. weight is staying steady. Not really sure what I can do at this point...just gotta go more inense on the cardio I guess. tomorrow Ill try to do a longer session.

You sir are lean though. Leaner than me. You size will catch up once you get off the cut. Hopefully with a bunch of lean mass. :D

335x5 is a good lift. Any weight 300+ is very respectable imo :)


About me being lean tho...iduno, I feel like I dont see it. I'm still above ten percent. I guess getting under 10 with a decent amount of muscle mass is harder than I thought lol

i forgot to log yesterdays workout, but yesterday I did chest, bis, tris hypertrophy day and today I did leg hypertrophy day. Its way too much to remmeber but they were both really intense workouts. DId a bit of cardio yeserday too. I'm excited for the power days sunday and monday. I will stay updated on those and the last week of my cycle.
 
Layne's routines are always good to go in my book. I am doing his latest Power/hypertrophy routine at the moment, and couldn't be happier. It is a bit more sets than I usually go with, but I pick and choose what I am going to do each day.
 
Hey all, sorry for not logging in a while. My workouts sarted geting too long and I didnt feel like riting everything :D
