Day 16
just did some abs today. When I woke up this morning the scale said 190.2. The weight is just melting off which is great, however I have been feelin ****ty lately. My body wants more food than egg whites and chicken breast haha. I made today a carb up day and had some pasta and some bread with my other meals. I feel a lot better and stronger. Great thing tomorrow is chest day!
Good workout. Question to reps: how common is shrinkage on androlean? I'm def noticing some. I already have the reservatrol and daa product for pct. That should be enough to get back to baseline from lean I assume. Would changing my dosing to 4 and 4, instead of the current 3-3-2 shut me down less or should I leave it how it is? I highly believe in regular "refeed" days when on a cut. It seems to do more for you in the long run.
Most have reported little to no change, but it is a possibility with any hormonal product. Those products should help you recover well. As for the dosing, yes the 4 x 2 in theory would lower suppression, because the dosing is designed to coincide with your body's natural rhythm. But to what degree of a difference it would make at this point would be hard to say.

BTW. I have half a bottle of natadrol left and I'm just gonna throw that in there. Counted em up and I have 14 days left at 4 a day. I dont really think this stuff does anything at all...I just bought it on sale to try it and thought it did nothing, but who knows. It also says it needs "a mild PCT" (lol) so thats why I'm just gonna finish it up in the last two weeks of this cycle and get whatever drop I can get out of it.
Going to the Dr and I have 2 finals tomorrow, so it looks like legs will be happening on Tuesday...
Honestly, the requirement for a PCT is marketing.
