I used it in conjunction with some old transdermal 4-AD that I had and it helped to keep water retention down and I didn't need an AI, which I usually do.

Oh yeah man. You will love the stuff. I didn't put on a ton of weight, but drive, vascularity, and strength went way up. What are your goals with it?
