I'm on TRT and have stacked Tren Dione on top as well as Madol (phera). I never noticed much with the Phera but I was dosing it low. However, I mega dosed the Tren Dione (120 to 160mg) and made rock hard gains but with a price. A little gyno lump that eventually went away and MAJOR libido shutdown. That was my experience.....
